Yep I love this place and I love the Gluten Friendly crust. They do let you know up front that there is a chance of cross contamination. In the last 4 years I’ve never had an issue
We just received our order through Skip and were honestly really disappointed, especially after hearing such great things about this place. We ordered a pizza with chicken since I have a pork allergy and can’t have many of the other toppings, but it was honestly inedible.
The chicken was extremely unpleasant — we kept biting into hard cartilage pieces and ended up spitting out food with nearly every bite. Eventually, we just gave up and threw the whole pizza...

Matador used to be my go to place for pizza, but the last couple times the pizza hasn't been as good. A big red flag for me is no sauce, they have been cheap with sauce lately. The crust and the toppings are great though.
