I ordered 3 junior chicken meals all 3 drinks basically sparkling water I asked for coke but their was no coke instead some dirty brown sparkling water and all 3 cups where half full only and the girl serving my food was so rude

The manager at this location took the time to explain a misunderstanding that I had when purchasing from the app. The service was quick and the food was good. The premises are kept very clean and I would gladly come back to this location.

Went to drive thru tonight and told the staff I want my fries fresh, I repeated it to every staff member in every window I driven through, they said yes it will be fresh, but then I still got a cold, and very dry fries.

The lady took drive-thru order was pretty rude, she almost threw the takeout bag in my face. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to punch my code in. Fries was soggy and tasted unsalted at the time received. I stopped at the drive-through at 8:35pm July 31. I paid for the food and service not begging for, please treat customer nicely. Wont come back

When I got there on my motorcycle it wasn't raining. It then started raining and I was waiting for my food at the curbside pickup. This baby left me outside for almost 20 min cause he didnt wanna pop outside and see who the food was for. I was trying to shelter myself from the rain under a tiny portion of where the ledge of the roof sticks out. But I was getting soaked. The guy in the white shirt saw no one was sitting on the motorcycle so he didnt even bother coming to see if anyone is outside. What you expect me to sit on my bike getting soaked? I had to get home asap cause it was pouring bad and im on a motorcycle. This guy in my opinion is a sorry excuse of a man.

This place has changed so much since they opened. Food/service used to be so consistent but in the recent years especially this one (2023) its gone way down hill.

For the first time since pre-pandemic my family and I went inside the restaurant to enjoy a meal. It was short lived when we received such horrible service. At first I ordered via the kiosk but forgot some things so I went up to the front to order more. 1 customer was ahead of me so I waited. When it came to my turn the lady walked away clearly seeing me standing there to go talk with the others laughing and standing around. After awhile she finally came back with the snarkiest attitude like I was an inconvenience to her doing her actual job. I watched her again, go to the back and stand and proceed to talk to everyone standing around. It wasn't until I started counting how many there were out loud that they all actually dispersed and started working. Then while my family and I were sitting eating our food. She came around to clean around us all while slamming chairs, hitting things with the broom and sighing like she hated being there. Trust me, I hated you being there too. It made all of us uncomfortable and if you hate your job so much maybe you should stay away from customer service jobs. You clearly aren't for it.

A few weeks later my husband ordered via Uber Eats and the food was cold and the burgers were made very poorly. They were sloppy and not well made. The fries came upside down in the bag and burgers were falling apart.

Do not recommend. Do yourself a favour and go to another location. This one is a joke 🤡

Update July 2025: I guess when you order extra condiments they'll sloppily put it on the side for you?
