Be cautious! Drive thru lady giving me and my boyfriend attitude while trying to order when we receive our order of fries and they were all soggy and wet. It was definitely undercooked and disappointed as a result. I can understand having a lot of people ordering but it doesnt equate not cooking fries properly, if it meant a few more minutes and being salted well.

I would like to specially thank and give my compliment to the manager who worked night shift on December 7th, 2024. Crossiron branch screwed up my order previously and I tried to contact via McDonald's website and never received any help or follow up. I went in this location to find out more information and lucky to have met this manager on site. He was showing sympathy and understanding to the situation, and he was willing to cover for crossiron's franchise's mistake even when it's none of this location's fault. I appreciate of his help and I hope McDonald's will keep professional manager like this at all Canada locations.

One of the best McDonalds in town. A great place to enjoy a meal in a clean & quiet environment. I have never seen it overly busy so never had an issue in regards to seating. Charging your phone isn't a problem either, unlike some of the other restaurants of which either there are no outlets or the managers or so cheap they turn off the breaker to outlets, nothing irks me more than a multi million dollar franchise that doesn't provide that necessity, more often than not I will take my business elsewhere for something as simple as not being able to charge my phone while I eat or enjoy a coffee!!! The Staff has always been pleasant and provided efficient service!!! Great job people, keep up the good work!!!

Not sure why I had to sit in my car for 10 minutes in drivethru lane, so I drove up to window, order my coffee and sandwich, paid, told to wait at 3rd window, sat there again waiting. I just had to drive away without my food as I had to be somewhere. Crazy Poor Service.
The cashier was rude, impatient and did not let me finish asking her when I tried many times to clarify about our burger order. I heard a mistake when she read back to us and I right away began to ask if she had gotten our order correct. She would not even let me finish speaking she just kept repeating her error. So needless to say my burger was not made as I had specified on the order kiosk and again had told her. Disappointed. Could do better even when somewhat busy. It's important to get orders sent out correctly.

Ordered food and waited for more than 30 minutes to get our food. Chicken wraps were soggy and looked really bad. The warps went straight to garbage. Did not even dare to eat them. Supposedly dining in, but decided to take out because we have to wait that long. Last time we were here, they missed to put an order we made. For sure, this is our last time to go here.

We went inside McDonald’s East Hills to get our son a smoothie at around 8:58am today (September 22) and the staff were incredible. The nicest humans I’ve ever met were working today. I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but if you were working today, thank you so much! You made my sons day!
