Food was not good tasted old was not fresh fries were old aswell took a bit for them to get the order understood threw the intercom repeated my self to much and the pop was nasty and not the kinds we ordered at all had to fix them more then once do to flavor of it tasted more soda water then the pop flavor I ordered like coke cola or the root beer watered down or something it had no flavor. Food it getting worse the more we go so not ordering it no more waste of money when you eat stuff that tastes sooo gross

I'm giving it a one for my order today. I went to get a hot fudge sundae for my child and when we came home to eat it, the hot fudge part looked like a cold rock and i even took it out of the ice cream and thats what it was a hard frozen rock. My child could have hurt his teeth on that.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. I simply asked for a cup of water, and they refused to give it unless I bought something first. That’s really poor customer service and when did it happened? I have been working for McDonald’s so long never heard about it.

This store is operated by associates who don't care, the lack of attention to detail when it comes to making fast food is sad. Be prepared to wait 10mins in the drive through even tho there not busy. You are better off going to the Montery location where they actually care about their customers.

I ordered 3 junior chicken meals all 3 drinks basically sparkling water I asked for coke but their was no coke instead some dirty brown sparkling water and all 3 cups where half full only and the girl serving my food was so rude

The manager at this location took the time to explain a misunderstanding that I had when purchasing from the app. The service was quick and the food was good. The premises are kept very clean and I would gladly come back to this location.

Went to drive thru tonight and told the staff I want my fries fresh, I repeated it to every staff member in every window I driven through, they said yes it will be fresh, but then I still got a cold, and very dry fries.

The lady took drive-thru order was pretty rude, she almost threw the takeout bag in my face. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to punch my code in. Fries was soggy and tasted unsalted at the time received. I stopped at the drive-through at 8:35pm July 31. I paid for the food and service not begging for, please treat customer nicely. Wont come back
