There was a homeless man smoking out of a machicken and I wish I was making that up and the food made our stomachs hurt and some lay with pink glasses kept giving up dirty looks

Took a long time to get our order, there was no ketchup in the dispenser, took a while to get someone attention to get straws and ketchup. Didn't look like they have cleaned the restaurant part, food was mediocre at best. Looked like they put all their attention on the drive thru. Extremely disappointed in quality service at this will not be coming back for a while

bathroom looks like this place is 20 years old already. couldn't even take my son to the bathroom its in such bad condition. Ask for extra on sandwiches and its regular, parking lot in east hills also terrible, how this passed city codes no idea getting in and out of there. can never tell if your order is up as the staff like every other mc'ds reset the timers to look like food is served quicker.
