Curbside pickup is basically useless here. All the curbside spots were occupied by DoorDash drivers, so I couldn’t check in or select a spot in the app.
Had to wait for a delivery driver to leave just to park. If curbside is for mobile orders, why are delivery drivers taking all the spots? Makes zero sense.

I’ve tried to get coffee from this place so many times and often have to ask them to remake it with specific instructions so they don’t mess it up. The only consistency they have is being consistently bad. So disappointing, I hope they improve.

Place is always a mess. Washrooms are disgusting. Last time they forgot 2 chocolate milks, and this time they forgot one of our burgers and both my kids’ toys. Such an unpleasant surprise every time. Won’t be going back.

I stopped at this McDonald’s to buy a $25 gift card so I could help a struggling mother sitting outside Dollarama with a sign asking for help. While purchasing the gift card, the workers kindly offered me a free Big Mac along with it, which I accepted with the intention of giving it to the mother as well. Shortly after, someone I believe to be management intervened and said it was “only for Christmas.” When I asked for clarification—whether she meant the gift card or the Big Mac—she couldn’t clearly explain the issue. What should have been a simple explanation turned into a three-minute conversation filled with unnecessary attitude. Her communication was unclear, and her demeanor came across as rude and dismissive rather than professional. She then asked if I wanted to pay for the Big Mac using the gift card, which didn’t make sense to me, as I never wanted a Big Mac in the first place. I explained that the workers had offered it voluntarily. What should have been a simple act of kindness turned unnecessarily awkward due to poor communication and attitude from management. While I appreciate the kindness shown by the workers, the management response was disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to or purchasing food from this location in the future.

I lost my appetite waiting for my food 😒 the big lady working there handling my food 😩 she was sooo big and wearing thight pants where you could see the outings of her underwear 🤢🤮 and something that looked like a third roll i think 🤔
Went to get coffee on Dec 26 early morning the cashier lady looks at me like it’s punishment to get her order. No other customer and she was free but she ignored me and didn’t take my order after waiting 3 minutes I did order on machine but get wrong coffee as I ordered. It’s wastage of my money and time.

Good News Guys ! We can finally deny the top 3 worst stores in the SW. McDonald's Mahogany. Your our 1st pick !
As we all know this is easily one of the worst McDonalds in the SW - poor service and a consistent lack of organization for the entire 2025.
Not a single day or month where there delivery area hasn't been jam packed with drivers.
Look at footage and replace management and team leads for better ratings and more profit.
They only help the clients in store. Not the ones that order online or the drivers picking them up.
The second theres a rush. Its chaos and disorganization for the remained of the night. Remember Look at Footage and pick any evening especially from Thursday-Sunday.
Ill never understand who's getting paid to run this location to the ground HAHAHHA great job for promoting the wrong people!!!!!
