For a midnight drive through, the food took a little longer than usual, but I assume it’s because the order had a plain hamburger so they had to make that fresh. The hamburger was normal, but the chicken nuggets tasted stale and the fries tasted like they were made hours ago and were the driest I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t go back to this location. Go to another McDonalds to get your food, where it’s at least mostly fresh.

Slow drive through. If wanted to wait around I would walk in there or go to a nice restaurant. Overall slow drive through, they send you up to the 3rd window and make you sit.

I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s tonight. I stopped by around 11 p.m., and not only was my order completely wrong, but the staff seemed uninterested in providing even basic customer service. No greeting, no smile, just indifference. This is far from the level of service I remember McDonald’s being known for. Getting the order wrong was frustrating, but the lack of courtesy made the experience even worse. It’s sad to see such a drop in quality. Not what I expect from a brand like McDonald’s.

Have gone here quite a bit. Mobile order missing a breakfast sandwich was the last one l. This place either has fights, messed up order, or horrible service. I have not been here once without something about the order being wrong or something else.
I went to the DT - Oct 7 Monday around 1:30pm to redeem my coupon.. but the guy with a long mustache told me that they are not participant?! He didn't accept the coupon and advised me to go to other location to redeem it?! What the heck! ??

I came thru drive thru. Used my rewards. Had to use three times. Even once in front of night time filipino manager. Their claims were it didn’t go thru. My points were never returned. And they still owe me a meal they won’t let me collect thru drive thru. Orders wrong, small McFlurrys half empty.
