This location was great before, but recent months the quality and service go downhill. The fires are cold and even some are uncooked. The manager on the location is extremely impolite to their customers. I will try my best to not visit again. The value left of this location is its convenience.

The manager was rude! Didn’t get my 20pcs nuggest and because we didn’tcall the stores instead we drove back to the store they wouldn’t give us the 20pcs nuggets that we paid for!!! Manager was rude hung up the phone on us and refused to correct the order!!!!

The manager went out of his way to give my little guy a balloon off the wall...and when we got our food my coffee lid was not on properly so I spilled and burnt myself, ouch. Got a free coffee though 😊
The bathrooms were gross, and when I mentioned it to them that they needed to clean them, all they said were “oh ok” and basically brushed it off like it was nothing.

It's mediocre at best. Not consistent that your food is hot or correct. 75% chance you will be happy with your order. Staff is friendly and the expectations and the bar is low. It's only super convenient and I always question if I really want to be disappointed again. Note: that all fast food these days are inconsistent and the standard is low as to match todays society standards. (imo)
