Food is standard quality however the service is starting to lack. I worked here when it had opened years ago. It's just small things, taking an order wrong, having to repeat yourself 5 times for a simple order, side items missing once you receive your order or small side condiments missing. Definitely need to improve literacy and basic training. Hope things can improve however I don't have my hopes up
This might just be the best McDonald’s in Calgary!
The service was excellent — the team here is truly professional. I ordered a cappuccino, but for some reason it came out cold. I politely asked if they could make a hot one, and the manager kindly smiled and made me a fresh, hot cappuccino without any hassle or attitude.

Not always the worst place but seeing as it’s in the middle of one of the biggest parts of the Northeast, it can get pretty full and loud. And when that happens service tries to rush out of being overwhelmed and then things get sloppy but other than that it’s not bad, cosidering it is a McDonald’s
