I usually have a good experience here, but during my recent visit, the fries in my meal tasted sour and didn’t seem fresh. Even had to taste it a couple more times to make sure of the taste but the flavor was just noticeably off compared to what I normally expect. Unfortunately, I had to throw them away because I couldn’t eat them and risk having stomach issues.

I’m sharing this as feedback in hopes that quality control can be checked, as I’ve enjoyed visits in the past. Hoping this was just a one-time issue.

They recently renovated the restaurant in a modern sheek look. They got rid of the self serve drink station. Mcdonalds is slowly loosing its charm. The food was pretty good, typical, fries were hot and fresh. However they forgot our dipping sauce for the nuggets, put the hot fries on top of our napkins which made all the napkins greasy, no ketchup available, had to go back and ask the front counter. We asked for an ice cream in a cup with no cone but they put in a cone, in a cup. The service is lacking, seems like the employees don't really care about doing a good job anymore.

Very clean and organized. What I want to highlight the most is the manager’s amazing customer service. He was extremely kind. My coffee didn’t taste good, so I let him know, and he kindly made me a new one. He even waited for me to try it to make sure I liked it. Then he said, “Anytime you don’t like something, tell me and I’ll make you a better one.”
Excellent customer service 👏☕

Extremely slow in the mornings

Like, if I owned this franchise I'd Wana see why it took 12 minutes to get a drive through coffee. This is every morning.

The burger patties used to be really tasty — but something has changed lately, and now the quality is completely different.
It’s disappointing because the difference is very noticeable.

Another issue is the cleanliness. The tables inside the McDonald’s were dirty, and I also noticed that employees were touching cheese and lettuce with their bare hands. They didn’t seem to wash their hands after possible cross-contamination — like wiping their nose, scratching themselves, or touching dirty surfaces. Sometimes they even handled meat and other ingredients this way.
Is that considered acceptable? It looks like a serious hygiene violation to me.
Please respond to this concern.

Update (July 29, 2025):
Over the past month, the overall quality has gotten worse.
The patties don’t taste good anymore, the fries are overcooked,
and even the Filet burger — which has only three simple ingredients — looks like someone just threw them randomly into the box and expects the customer to assemble the burger themselves.

❄️Updated Review – Curbside Experience:❄️

December 8:
I placed a mobile order at 4:49 PM and parked at curbside spot #9. I waited for about 30 minutes, but nobody brought the order out, so I eventually had to go inside and pick it up myself.

December 9:
Placed another mobile order at 11:02 AM and parked at curbside spot #8. This time I waited around 6–7 minutes, but still ended up getting my food at 11:34 AM.

It really looks like they’re short-staffed, because the curbside service has become slow and unreliable. I hope they can improve this, because the location itself is good otherwise.

Update:
I’ve noticed on several occasions that staff washed their hands after potential cross-contamination, which is something I had been hoping to see for a long time. It’s good to see this location making an effort and doing the best they can with what’s within their control.

Don't waste your time at this place, you'll wait more than 20 minutes and won't get your order, even if it's just coffee.

Sure I understand hiring people that don’t have the best English to flip burgers in the back cool, they work hard whatever. But having a person on microphone taking peoples orders who literally has trouble understanding English on microphone taking peoples orders is absolutely unacceptable when there’s plenty of people who can and are in need of jobs put them somewhere else? Not sure why stuff like this only happens at McDonald’s

Extremely slow/under-staffed in the mornings. I pull up with maybe four people ahead of me and wait for literally 15-20 minutes to get through. Its absolutely ridiculous. Ive been late for work because of what appears to be management's incompetence in staffing the restaurant appropriately.

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Every morning between 6-8 there is a lineup 20 cars long, onto the road. Day after day, without fail. The owner of this franchise is obviously too cheap to manage their staff properly, and because of this every day you have a 20 minute wait for a coffee. This location is absolutely pathetic.
