I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit. The employee that was working that might be named “Harismat” was working on the night of September 1st 2025 at 2:40am on a Monday.
She exhibited unprofessional behavior that I found to be quite disappointing.
I was initially told that my order would be ready in approximately three minutes; however, the actual wait time was ten minutes. Furthermore, the employee laughed when my friend's card was initially declined, despite the transaction ultimately being approved. This behavior was inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, when we attempted to verify our order before leaving, the employee curtly told us to move because there were other customers, which we found impolite and dismissive.
I hope that you will address this matter to ensure that all staff members adhere to a higher standard of customer service.

I realize it's 5 o'clock in the morning let the person working the drive-through should at least have a personality perhaps offer a smile and not be so freakin rude. She didn't bother to mark which coffee was which. Cold food from the heat lamp. Just a bad experience
I went through drive through, told me to park ahead waited over 10 minutes and thought ok as I ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich and chicken takes time. When I got home the sandwich in the bag was chicken but breaded and very very cold.... wouldn't go back there!!

This has happened to me once before but yesterday it happened again. First I ordered a drive thru two Junior Chicken Sandwich, and later I cancelled, and ordered a Mc Chicken meal. And I went to the window and paid for the Mc Chicken meal. And went to the next window to get the order, and girl said your Junior Chickens are ready would you like to pay for them? I said why not, and I paid $7.68 for Junior chicken. and when I looked order bag on the way ,only one Mc Chicken with some fries,Even looking at the fries, it seemed like they didn't charge me , but they just gave them to me to check taste. .If they charge to the customer, then at least give full order .

I was really disappointed with this order. The sandwich was missing a main component there was no patty at all.On top of that, the dipping sauce was also missing from the meal. This was definitely not what I paid for, and it ruined the experience. Please ensure better quality control in the future.

the person on the drive thru speaker was not very nice. and a few things were wrong on my order (but correct on the screen)

Horrible customer service. The night workers don't care enough to punch in the correct orders. Ordered two large fries and got one, they were cold and stale anyways so probably good we only got one. They then proceeded to close up the ENTIRE store after. Get workers who actually want to work, terrible location.
Decided to get an iced coffee on my way to work, they said second window. I sat at the second window for a couple minutes no one showed and I saw the person in front of me get food at the next window. I thought maybe they meant that window, so I went there. They served the two people behind me at the second window still without any contact to me. I didn't want to be late for work so I just left.

I came here around 12:30-12:45 on June 9th. Once through drive thru. I had to have sat there for a minute to a minute and a half no response to my hellos. I finally get a response and they asked for my code about 5 times to then not punching my order right. The person at the first window rolled his eyes when i said that cant be the correct total. And then aggressively added to my order. The girl Shivapreet (i believe) at the second window would rather not speak english to her friend than help the customer waiting to ask for straws for my drinks. All in all this drive thru disappointed me and for it to not even be busy was even worse.
Next i went inside because i was not gonna sit it drive thru for 15 mins just for my food to end up cold. I walk inside and punch my food on kiosk. To my surprise there were 6-7 managers working and only 2 were wearing headsets. And then seemed to be all gathered around to chit chat. I will say that Lisa let me know we were waiting on fresh fries which I appreciated and the patties in my mcdouble were fresh too.
Seems to be a managing staff issue and with that i hope they can improve.
I don’t think I’ve ever received not old food here. For how long it takes them you get it to you, you would think part of the meal might be fresh. The staff are not friendly. Always crack head doing weird things in the washrooms or outside the building.
