I haven’t eat at McDonald’s since a decade, and I regret so much for making the mistake to give it another chance. Such a weird plastic burger look stuff. I almost thought they gave me their happy meal toy by mistake. Nothing tastes like food here, how can this place still be categorizes as a restaurant?

Very bad service. Did not even come with tray paper but fries were sitting on the tray. Ordered with table service while taking care of my little one but ended up having up pick up food at counter. Ran out of ketchup (literally out of stock), nuggets are burnt. Big management problem here, you might as well drive farther to other Macdonald's.

My nuggets were hard as a rock and my fries were dry and disgusting its like they reheated food from a month ago I was so hungry and I had hard nuggets and old fries ????
This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Calgary. Every time we order through Skip or the McDonald’s app they somehow mess up the order.
Tonight we ordered a large milkshake and a medium coke with our meals. What showed up was a medium milkshake and a medium orange crush with no ice… other times the drinks had no syrup just straight carbonation. Or the sauces for the nuggets aren’t in the bag. It’s always something every time.
If you live in the area just order from the Bow Bottom location, they NEVER mess up the order.

Easily the most friendly staff of any McDonald’s. They’re always really nice when you order, and oftentimes when I’m eating someone walks around asking people if everything is OK and even offering coffee. They have always been super friendly in this location, that’s why I always come to this one.
This place is awesome! Fast, fresh and great service! Darren upfront always ready to serve with a smile on his face, a really good service! Nice, friendly, and respectful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I have ever had. Drive-through took 30mins with only 2 cars long at 10pm. Got no cheese,pickles or onions on my quarter pounder with cheese when I changed nothing. NEVER GOING BACK!
