I ordered 2 junior chickens and 1 medium Passionfruit Guava & Orange Smoothie. When I reached the pickup window, I paid for the food, and I asked the girl to put some salsa in the bag, and she went. We charge for salsa. I told her I was here last night and ordered the same thing, and you did not mention or charge for salsa. I inquired about the cost of salsa. She never replied, and she just ignored me. I asked her again how much you charge for salsa. She ignored me again. I waved at her a few times. She looked at me and never answered my question. Once she finally handed me my food, I asked her if she was ignoring me. She said we are busy. It was a young East Indian girl who was taking orders at that time. She exhibited signs of unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Dang…I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this location. I literally just order a Mc flurry and cookies…cookies! And they couldn’t even get that order right. Ordered a 12 pack and 6 pack and the 6 pack was missing. I dunno what y’all doing over there

Disappointed. Fairly new restaurant that is ran down dut to high traffic, Food quality is questionable. The place is always busy and unpleasantly loud there. This restaurant attracts teenagers who like to hang out there. If you want to have good time with your kids pick different McDonald's and avoid this one at all cost.

Horrible service horrible experience staff is rude and doesn’t care at all. While waiting for my order I saw the floor manager staring at his phone, it took him 20 minutes to take payment for my order and 35 minutes to get my order that was cold. By a landslide the worst McDonald’s in Calgary would not recommend to any living soul.
