Nobody at the counter, which is to be expected with their whole new kiosk system and whatnot. Which is fine I guess. But 3-4 employees look at me bewildered as I stand there with my held up CRACKED IN HALF WOODEN FORK for them to see. Nobody wanted to give me a new one... Apparently you need manager approval to give a new wooden fork?

This worker named Gurpreet is super rude!! Somebody needs to get her out!! She treated me rudely with attitude. She made snarky comments and was giving rude glares to everyone around her. She needs to be fired or some sort of consequences need to taken! I will be emailing HR about this behaviour. thank you. I hope you take this information into consideration.

I really like this location, they are very busy and next to another very busy chain and yet are consistently friendly and efficient through the amount of traffic they get. I would go there often and go out of my way yo go to this location.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and had a very disappointing experience. The food serving time was extremely long, and the overall service was poor. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was unpleasant — tables were dirty, and it seemed like the staff didn’t care about maintaining cleanliness or assisting customers properly. To make things worse, I even found dirty packaging on my food, which is completely unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s. The management really needs to pay attention to customer service, hygiene, and overall quality standards. This location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and customer care.

The overall atmosphere felt unpleasant, and the tables were dirty and unhygienic — this location should really be inspected by health officials.
