Surprised to see a McDonald's so badly reviewed, but I totally get it now. Worst service... Really not that hard to take money and give burger, they seriously couldn't even do that!

To the lady who took my order at the drive-thru this afternoon: A little customer service training wouldn’t go amiss. The way you spoke to me when you took my order, you then didn't let me finish placing my order before you moved on to the next car. I had to sit and wait for you to come back so I could complete it. Then, at the payment window, the look you gave me was just unbelievable.
On a positive note:
To the lady at the other window who handed me my order — thank you for being polite and professional. Maybe your colleague could learn something from you

Terrible experience! The order taker was extremely rude, acted like they were doing us a favor, and didn’t even let us finish our order. On top of that, the person at the presenting window was even worse—showing attitude and zero professionalism. This is absolutely not how customers should be treated.

You guys need to check the milkshake machine. If anyone hasn't told, I will. The vanilla milk shake tastes weird, and I take vanilla milk shakes in other McDonald's but this one it tastes very weird. If I were you guys I'd change that machine or check the ingredients you guys put in. I come to this location often so I'd like to grab food from this McDonald's time to time, would be nice if milkshake tasted same as at other locations.

This is the longest I have ever had to wait for drive thru...
I have been a regular visitor to this location for a long time, but today was a disappointing experience. I believe they failed to follow instructions, as I specifically requested no cheese but it was added, and I ordered a McGriddle but received a different item.
