This McDonald's the staff is either too busy or purposely trying to avoid noticing that they have customers at the till needing service and want to order. I have waited up to 15 minutes or more before being helped and have my order taken. The food is generally pretty good from this location tho.

The kiosk order did not appear for the staff despite my card payment being approved. the lady working at the front asked about my order and had it made for me quickly. The staff here are always proactive like that and always very nice and hardworking!

Just grabbed some lunch for my family on my way home. It took way too long for them to get the order right, and I still had to correct them at the window. We didn't get straws for our drinks sauce for the nuggets. The fries were stale and cold when they handed them to us.

I'm very fond of this particular McDonald's location because the employees don't harass people and make them leave (especially when they order food and aren't doing anything wrong) - the staff are actually friendly which is unfortunately a rarity nowadays. I like the layout compared to most other restaurants too and the food was on point 👌.
