Service here is terrible. I'm surprised whenever we don't have to wait for our food - we are told to park and wait almost every time we go through the drive-through. After waiting, we are frequently missing items. No milk with tonight's meal, bacon mcmuffins instead of mighty mcmuffins earlier in the week, mcgriddles instead of mcmuffins before that, on halloween we were served an English muffin with nothing on it when we ordered a sausage muffin, and once we opened our 6 piece nuggets to find...an egg patty. No joke. These are just what springs to mind, there have been many, many other issues. When you get what you ordered, its standard mcdonalds fare.

I ordered a breakfast wrap and hash browns. I received one hash brown and the wrap was put together so sloppy that I couldn’t even eat it. So for close to $10 I had one hash brown that was edible.

The people who work the drive-through continuously ‘forget’ to give you any of the sauce that you asked to have with your nuggets. The girl working tonight was smirking at me in the drive thru and really rude, Leading me to believe she did this on purpose. Yogurt was also missing from happy meal

This place was terrible. Started to improve. And now we are back to terrible. I ordered lunch at 1115am and the nuggets were luke warm and a quarter pounder patty was clearly cooked long ago.... 15 min. Into a Saturday lunch time. Getting orders wrong. Rushing so fast in drive thru trying to make their targets they can't listen to any order modifications. Waste of time and money

Ive been coming to this location for a very long time now. Here's what I have to say. Foodwise its McDonald's fast easy cheap and fills the need for hunger. Nothing too special about it. Staff wise I find that the morning / afternoon staff are great! Well organized, polite and keep the place clean and overall just amazing service. Now as for the night staff it is horrible and needs to be addressed. I have come into the store later in the evening and the tables are gross, the trash is overflowing and overall very unwelcoming and very gross. As for the food at night It definitely seems to worsen aswell, Wrong orders, cold food or just poorly put together burgers. As a customer it can be very difficult to keep an appetite after seeing the condition of the place. I would love to see an improvement in the night staffs overall cleaning duties! I know this location can do better!

WORST MCDONALDS the day shift couldnt care less about the quality of food. I just got the pickle mccrispy and opened the box to a pile of lettuce and mayo. No dill pickles. Just bun and chicken. Have some damn pride. Ill be contacting mcdonalds on the site. What a waste of money and the manager didnt even acknowledge me when I picked up my food just tossed it at me and turned away. Rude. I go here because its close to home, I will be going out of my way to a different location.

This is the most vile, horribly staffed McDonalds in the city, and possibly on the Earth. It's a beautiful, enchanting marriage of never getting an order completely correct, and displaying less than a basic knowledge of assembly line food manufacture at it's most entry level. The track record for incorrect orders, vacant service skills, and even just the most basic level of communication shines through in stage. It's a modern art exhibit that explores aural confusion and apathy in a thought-provoking blend of ideas. I miss all the potholes in the parking lot, though there are still a few, and am disappointed that the food poisoning rate seems to have dropped substantially in recent times. I hope they can correct these errors because this McDonalds is legendarily awful, and these improvements are tarnishing this familiar community experience. I highly recommend everyone visit this place once because it truly is a modern wonder.
