The lady at the first window today just seemed to have the biggest ego towards međ. At the drive thru order it seemed like she had a hard time hearing me đand thats totally understandable but when she started yelling at me to speak up it was just super rude. However huge praise to yousef (I think that was his name) He was super funny and sweet and did change my perspective on the place. The food was terrific and it was neatly organized and this was one of the few McDonald's that actually had a working ice cream machine. The review would of been all 5 stars if it wasn't to that lady, but overall it was a great experience and will be comming back.

ordered two burgers with extra ketchup and they were both made dry as hell, itâs a easy fix to add some myself but the point is when someone orders extra of something you shouldnât be putting on less than a regular burger has.

Tried to get breakfast after a night shift and was informed they are closed and would be open at 430am. The sign says 24 hours. Terrible
Update, Aug 28. Ordered a filet o fish which is hard as a rock. Clearly has been sitting around all night. Things aren't progressing well over time. Just getting worse and worse

My son and I come here often and we always have a pleasant time. It's one of very few mcdonald's where the ice cream machine is never broken. The service is amazing most of the time and the food is fresh and tasty. Even if something isn't up to the expectations they will always quickly fix the issue and are so kind about it. I mostly wanna give a big shout out to Vanessa at that location. She is such a kind woman and she puts a smile on our face every visit. Even on the days it's very busy She takes care of every costumer and she puts the customer first. There wasn't a time that I went to that mcdonald's when Vanessa was working that she wouldn't greet me with a smile and always has something kind to say. She is my favorite worker there and if it were up to me she would be getting a raise :)

The lady welcomed us, always gives little party items to our kids, and brings us our meal. She is so friendly, hard working and efficient.
You know itâs bad when youâre leaving a review for McDonaldâs but Iâm so mad so here I am. Consistently the worst McDonalds in the city. Leaving a bad review wonât even do anything cause itâs McDonaldâs and people will always go, but boo. Zero stars for this location.

I don't understand how a McDonald's can be so consistently terrible. I swear you have about a 50% chance of them actually getting your order right. And on the off chance they do get your order correct, your fries will be cold and soggy and the burger looks like they violently shook the box before putting in the bag. I honestly don't know why I keep giving the more chances, but today was the last time.

I cant recommend vanessa enough from bow bottom location. Did a walk in with my daughter tonight and was greeted by vanessa. She brought our orders to us, and gave my daughter hesdband and a ballon. It made her entire night. She is so super sweet.

I literally asked for no onions and no pickles on my McDouble. It said no onions and no pickles on the screen. I then got all the way home after being at work for 14 hours, just to open my bag to an xtra pickles xtra onions McDouble. Iâm not even mad, I never write google reviews, and I donât want to deter anybody from this McDonaldâs, itâs actually a great location in which I frequent. I just feel defeated and want yall to know that it hurt my feelings. Thank you for your time, have a wonderful night
