I work night shift at home, every time I call to get a hold of someone after 12 it’s always “user busy” I’ve also had them answer a couple times but then hang up immediately. This has happened over 5 times that I have ordered. I even had to reach out to shawnessey during the day to get someone to try and deal with it management wise. Lazy night shift

I highly suggest no one eats here ever twice in under 2 weeks they have served me and my wife bad breakfasts with moldy cheese then a rotten couple mcgrils so folks stay away from this location

Continues to be the worst McDonald's, only reason it gets business is because of its location . Worse now that it's overpriced, one thing to deal with crappy service when the price matched it but now that they over charge for everything it's ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible service. Would give zero stars if I could. Even the supervisors don't care if your standing there waiting to be served. They messed up the drive through order and I still got attitude from them. At least 10 people working and they had no one watching the front ordering/cash area. There were 4 other people waiting also. Plus at least 2 supervisors were on shift. The owner needs to hire more competent supervisors. Very poorly run establishment. Won't be going back to the Walden McDonald's anymore.

The girl at the drive thru is the probably the meanest person I’ve spoken too. Girl if you hate your job quit!!!! Don’t project that onto the customers. You’re extremely rude ! She should not be working if she can’t have basic customer service. Seriously. I know a lot of people who have gone through the drive thru probably know who I am talking about. Horrible experience, talk to her about her customer service because it’s awful. Genuinely awful.

Utterly poor service. Curb side pickup is a joke where you have to wait for atleast 15-20 mins eventually end up having to pick up order at the front counter where they have prepared the order and forgot to deliver at curb side (specially serving you a melted icecreams/sundaes)
