every time i come here the staff are generally just really unprofessional - it’s very clear they aren’t trained properly. tables usually dirty, and food made very messy: specifically whenever i get a big mac it’s always falling apart.

Lady on night shift drive through is rude. I always come by after work and the same young lady always messed up my order! I always get chicken nuggets and they always forget to put the sauce on the bag! I always end up eating my nuggets without sauce and drinks without straw.

Had a horrible experience today, night staff who ever working in the first window ( ladies ) was terrible, placed wrong order no explanation and when I am trying to change or cancel they are like you paid already we cannot refund , I was asking to replace there was another lady came rudely gave refund and placed another order she dint even explain what she is taking for and dint even apologize . Simply asked me to proceed to second window. Very bad service , they are not properly trained.

The staff that helped me in the drive-thru were very friendly. An error was made on my order, they were quick to correct. The food is normal McDonald's, unfortunately.

Ordered 2 coffees for pickup and went to the drive thru. there was maybe 4 cars in front of me. After I gave my code at the speaker I went to the first window where they said I was good to go up. I then had to sit in the drive thru at the first window for 15 minutes. I asked the very kind man in the window what was going on as no one was being moved up to the reserved window or any of the reserved spots even though beforehand there were people in those spots. He said he talked to the manager on duty and that they were refusing to move any of the cars. The line behind me got quite quite large and still nothing was being done. All this for 2 coffees. Absolutely horrendous service on the managers part, but the young man in the drive thru window was very kind offering to do whatever he could to help move things along.

Lady manager wearing a blue and white sweater tonight, snapped and raised her voice at my husband tonight not to touch thw grinch toy on thw counter. He was just seeing which toy it was. He wasn't going to take.it.

Everytime I go the ketchup dispenser is out. With 3 kids this is a big deal for them. Food was good, but they should keep a close eye on the fryer oil. No one likes the brown old oil Nuggets, they want those Krispy golden dunkers. I'll return again amd hopefully those little things will be better the next time.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but I will always miss the late 80's and the 90's play area and fun train tables or fun tables with the mcdonalds characters. Mcdonalds has stream lined so much that they forget their young customers, love fun an color.
Fast, hot, and fresh. Friendly and helpful service from this location. The staff are wonderful here no matter what time of day. This particular day, Khyla and Josh were awesome! A big nod to these two! Thank you!
