Dont go here, I did an online order for pickup for 14$ and paid with my credit card through the app. I drove all the way there, gave them my order code and they told me that I still needed to pay because the payment didnt go through. I didnt bring my wallet cause I already payed online. I left without any food only to see that I was in fact charged and even got a receipt of the approved amount in my email. I called the store and they said that it was a mistake. What a scam. Paid for food that I never even received and they expect me to drive 45 mins there to get a 14$ refund?

Had an uber eats order, must've been a mistake on the delivery driver's end, driver refused to answer his phone so I went to the drive thru location myself to get my 2 missing drinks. The employees were super helpful and even gave me a free bag of food along with my missing drinks. Thank you guys, made my day.

I come with the kids every week to this branch during family night time, I love this branch, I find it cleaner than any other branch I have been to, and the staff are very friendly, the food is good, the kids enjoy their time at family night they love drawing and coloring with Emalee, she is very nice with all the kids.

Do check your orders before leaving the place, they messed up my order. Also I was told by the Manager that receipts will only be given when requested, strange practice. They were willing to replace it but its too much trouble. They should be very careful with their service, small things like messing up a takeout can upset people big time.

Unacceptable Service at this McDonald's [ -ve stars ]
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's recently. My family and I went to order burgers for my kids, opting to use the giant ordering displays at the entrance and choosing to pay at the till. After placing our order, we waited for nearly half an hour without any updates. When I asked the staff member at the till about it, she said she’d check but never came back.
After waiting even longer, I asked again and was informed that the orders wouldn’t go through unless paid for upfront. This makes no sense—why have the option to pay at the till if it isn’t clearly communicated that payment is required first? Even if that’s the case, staff should monitor the system, follow up on pending orders, and notify customers.
Frustrated and dealing with hungry kids, I found the staff rude and dismissive. It felt like we were being punished for asking for updates. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I expected much better from McDonald’s.
