Worse food ever when I compare to other they just don’t give a normal amount of sauce and I took 2 rounds and waiting for Long time . Service bad I waited so long g no apology . Night time 1:20 am friday on off I’m waiting 15 min to get sauce done when I ask for refund they wouldn’t . Ridiculous

I ordered a veggie burger at the drive thru. I drove home with it and when I opened the bag , I found that the burger's bun was moldy. I called the restaurant to report it. They checked and said yeah, the buns are moldy but they aren't past their expiry date. They said they've been told it's ok to serve food as long as it isn't expired so they would CONTINUE TO SERVE THEM. I was so disgusted. They said to log a complaint with McDonald's Canada if I wasn't happy. I did but weeks later I haven't had a reply. So gross. Skip this McDonald's location!

Disappointed with my order on Sunday around 11:30 AM. I ordered a Happy Meal and asked for hot chocolate as the drink and ketchup on the side, but I was given coffee with cream instead. The coffee tasted like colored water—completely off. They also forgot the ketchup. It’s frustrating when simple requests are ignored. I hope the staff pays more attention to orders in the future.
We go to this McDonald's once a week. When we entered the restaurant the trash bins were all overflowing. The drink area was absolutely destroyed. It wasn't busy at all either. When I opened my food my burger was thrown together and looked like a mess. It tasted good still but was a mess. I never had such a gross experience at this location before so its pretty disappointing.
