To be honest, I normally don’t leave reviews. I understand that work is hard, and I know how difficult it is to earn money. That’s why I usually don’t criticize people working in the service industry. I know it’s not easy for them.
But this McDonald’s — I truly can’t tolerate it anymore.
Who eats fries without ketchup? Okay, maybe some people don’t. So now I make sure to specifically ask for ketchup every time I order. Yet somehow, at 4 a.m., when I’m starving and finally get home, there’s still no ketchup. And this isn’t a one-time mistake — it happens frequently.
Today is Lunar New Year. For Asians, this day is important. Life is already hard — I just wanted something sweet. I ordered a triple-sugar coffee, and they gave me a zero-sugar one instead.
It completely ruined my mood.
I just hope you could put a little more care and attention into your work.

Ask for a black coffee at the drive through. Hit the highway only to find there is cream in it! Gone too far to turn back. For goodness sakes, how can you get a coffee wrong!!!!

This location is my home location and all the employees during day and up to night are awesome. The midnight shift dudes are super slow. At least 5-10 min wait for even a tea.

This place isn’t the best. The sprite machine often was out of order before they took out the self serve drinks, they often take longer than normal for an order and on occasion they will mess up the order, or mess up the food especially the fries often come unsalted or overcooked. Every now and then of course you’ll have a good run but don’t have your hopes too high.

Usually don’t write reviews, but this was super frustrating. I ordered 2 iced coffees with extra cream and sugar. Instead I got 2 cups of milk basically. Called the store, the “solution” I received was to drive there myself and pay for it again. At this point taking accountability would be a big step, or even learning how to make an iced coffee.

Worst McD’s there is. 15 minutes for a curbside order of 2 McDoubles and some Nugs. Food was all cold by the time we got it. Not sure if I’ve ever had an order here that was made properly. Would give zero stars if I could. Sucks that there’s no other McD’s closer to go to instead.
Edit: I have to say that in the last year or so every experience I have had at this McDs has been way better. It went from being consistently bad to consistently really good. 👍 changed review from 1 star to 4

They got rid of their self serve fountain drinks and when I asked them to mix another pop with my current one I was told no... I think if your going to take away the ability to self serve you should at the very least get the customer what they want since they cant themselves..... I dont know her name but the employee with the braces is always rude and her attitude needs to improve

Just got home from my late night McDonalds order to find out they didn’t give me one of my sweet chilli junior chickens that I ordered and paid for. Hard earned money donated thank you McDonalds!

I waited a long time! The employees were not busy, they had no orders. There were 5 employees laughing and they did not care that we were waiting!

Worse food ever when I compare to other they just don’t give a normal amount of sauce and I took 2 rounds and waiting for Long time . Service bad I waited so long g no apology . Night time 1:20 am friday on off I’m waiting 15 min to get sauce done when I ask for refund they wouldn’t . Ridiculous

I ordered a veggie burger at the drive thru. I drove home with it and when I opened the bag , I found that the burger's bun was moldy. I called the restaurant to report it. They checked and said yeah, the buns are moldy but they aren't past their expiry date. They said they've been told it's ok to serve food as long as it isn't expired so they would CONTINUE TO SERVE THEM. I was so disgusted. They said to log a complaint with McDonald's Canada if I wasn't happy. I did but weeks later I haven't had a reply. So gross. Skip this McDonald's location!
