Order kiosk machine worked ok, staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, food was at best room temperature, no napkins in dispenser. There were very loud tables that should have been controlled, as well as something needs to be done with the small fruit flies in the dining area. I will not be coming to this location again. Very disappointed 😞 McDonald's is going down hill and fast.

We waited patiently because we know that they only have 3 employees but we didn’t get our orders right. We ordered delux cheeseburger and they gave us a regular one and it was soooo dry. The smoothie?! It’s 75% full. I don’t know about your management but put more employees!

Went. In today to get a meal prior to grocery shopping and it is monopoly and my fries or my drink. Did not have monopoly stickers on. They stated they didn't have enough. So I asked for the coffee cups instead and so they made me remove the sticker off the coffee cups and give me back their cups. They're going to reuse the coffee cups.And that is what we discussed here

I usually enjoy coming to this McDonald’s, but my last visit left me disappointed. There were flies sitting on the muffins in the display case, which really made me question the cleanliness of the place. It’s not something you expect when grabbing a quick bite. I’ve attached a video to show what I saw. I hope the management takes this seriously and fixes the issue soon.

I ordered food in night time and the manager was sitting with her friends while she was on duty and giving us very rude expressions and she refused to take my order at night.
There are so many flies inside the restaurant!!! Pls keep the area clean and try to solve this problem.

Very poor customer service. I ordered first but they served 3 customers who ordered after me. The store was so dirty too, the lady who was sweeping the floor, did not wash her hands and just started making the burger and fries with her bare hands.

I ordered XL coffee with 4 cream with 1 Splenda for my husband. The coffee was at room temperature when they gave it. I asked them to replace it with a fresh cup of coffee but the old asian lady was very rude and blamed it on why we ordered 4 creams, she continued by saying it was because of the cream thats why its cold. She arrogantly said that next time don't order 4 creams on your coffee. This was not our first time ordering this and clearly she lacked customer service.
