Always mess up my order, you never get the extra toppings you ask for/ order… I feel like all McDonalds employees here hate their jobs… not very welcoming at all, my partner tried to let them know one of the pops was out and they snapped at him stating they already knew… and he was just trying to be helpful. This place has really gone downhill. We used to eat here frequently in years past but we don’t enjoy eating there anymore. Tonight, I tried to give it another shot, but it was even worse than before. The tables were dirty, flies buzzing around everywhere. My mom and daughter had cold poutine and we all had flat pop. The pies I ordered were cold as well and tasted stale. Very disappointed.

The customer service at this place is appalling due to this one new lady thats been working there! Totally unprofessional lady who does not have manners to speak to customers. Some employees are really nice but this new person has zero customer service skills. Also food order is wrong half the time and i have to get it replaced.
