Needs to fix or do something with their Fountain drink machine. Every drink I get tastes horrible.

***Updated: In the last year, the drive through has proven to be much better than before. They may have changed how it works as they don't automatically send you to park if your food is a minute away. If it's longer, then they send you forward but generally they seem to have a better handle on the drive through.
Food is typical. Service is good. Drive through policy of sending people to park instead of waiting the 30 seconds is abysmal. Once you go park you now have to wait for the line of 5 cars orders to be complete. Don’t bother with drive through.

Play area very dirty. Ordered twice to the table one they left on counter and steamed my name (and there was a table number) and second she screamed my name at the door and said here take it. Didn’t bring it to the table and make sure we had everything

Just wanted to mention that this was delivered and sitting in our building complex for 3 days. There must be a better way to hand this over to a paying costumer. I guess whoever ordered this wasn’t able to receive it.

Our stay was excellent! Liam who was working the floor was a great help, the little ones made a mess and he came and cleaned everything up and provided excellent service.

If you’re in a rush and you see a few cars in the drive thru, I recommend taking the safe route and avoid because you’ll be late.
