Not bad. Wait time can be a bit but it's understandable during busy times. I've seen lots of rude customers here. I feel sorry for the employees who are just doing their job. I don't know why people are so entitled.

Stopped here on my way from Edmonton to Canmore on Friday at 4:30 pm - March 15: was very hungry and grabbed a few items to go in the drive-through. Asked the manager who was a skinny Indian fellow if I can swap a the ranch snack wrap with buffalo sauce.His response:“I don’t make the items. I’m just a worker”. Very unprofessional and rude. When we got the order the snack wrap had buffalo sauce. Manager just said they couldn’t and they did. When I went to open the wrap up as the first couple of bites has no chicken there was a sliver of chicken in both wraps. And lettuce was wilted and soggy. Completely unsatisfactory. Wish I snapped a photo but was too hungry unfortunately. Terrible stop terrible food. Went in to use the washroom big screech. Step it up management.

We went today, March 17, 2024 for lunch. Order was disappeared without the food is being done. Table napkin was not on the counter. They give us the order without any tissue and straw for frappe. No one in the counter to talk to. It’s obviously short staff. Order takes forever! This is the worst McDonald in Calgary by far!

The kitchen staff here are absolutely useless. They don't know the difference between a fried chicken and grilled chicken sandwich, and routinely screw up orders. Management will only make excuses or deflect your comments whenever you make a complaint about this. Also when you order through the McD app they are apparently absolved of all responsibilities when they're kitchen staff cannot do such a simple job as make a burger.

25 minute wait for a big Mac meal, while there were only 19 people in the restaurant (I had time to count). Fries were cold, Big Mac as well, almost inedible. Staff? What staff? Utterly clueless.
Nobody in drive thru when i go to place my $30 order and stated i had a code twice and they faked punching it in. (Says in receipt that i’m not collecting points) Then i asked for light ice in all my drinks and that didn’t happen. Seemingly the most important thing here is to be socializing instead of helping customers.

DONT NOT EVER EVER order take out from this location. I'm a courier and I just watched them hand out 5 orders to couriers with no thermal bags. Restaurants are not allowed to do this. 2 of these drivers put the food in their trunk and is -20 out right now. So unless you like your food cold don't order from here. Of course if it's skip the dishes you can always complain and get it free. Thank you for the free cold disgusting food

the staff treated us like special guests from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was fantastic, and they even went out of their way to make our meal extra enjoyable.
