Mens washroom toilet had overflowed. I told the staff and all they did was plunge the toilet but never cleaned the floor up. so there was feces all over the floor. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

If you are going to order from Ubereats, avoid this location. When I received my order, the bottom of the bag was drenched in coffee. The fries were too cold and too salty to the point I had to microwave them to warm them up. The Big Mac had too much sauce. I threw away the McChicken because I wasn't sure what kind of surprise I would get. If you live in the NW of Calgary, order from Northlands or University district.

They remove numbers on the board and no one gets their food. My son waited 1 1/2 for 2 Big Macs. I just ordered a Big Mac meal and got no meat on the first burger took it back and the second burger had no sauce! Eight people are currently waiting in the lobby for their food. My husbands food took 25 minutes.
I had order Chicken Breakfast wrap and they gave me an hash and bacon wrap. This is ridiculous. Worst McDonald place ever. And the manager has no sense of customer service. She didn’t even came to talk to me. Ridiculous place ridiculous service.

Very efficient drive through. Sausage McMuffin was only okay. The coffee here was not really not as good as McDonald's - tasted watered down. Honestly may go to Wendy's instead next time, or *shudder* Tim's.

The drive thru is too small for a 1 ton truck, I had to wait like 20 mins to get through the drive thru. when I got my latte it was cold and tastes like it is rotten, then the exit from the drive thru to get back onto the main road is a nightmare if there is heavy traffic.
