My friend and I had ordered food from here and the driver said that the McDonald’s had no made the order and was not going to make it. So we walked there, showed them our receipt and when a staff member had said they will get their manager we saw him walk over to her and tell the manager about our problem and she simply said “I don’t care.” She did not ask if we wanted to make another order or even suggest a refund at all. She just said they don’t have our order and we could cancel out skip order. But the issue was that it was already cancelled even though we had payed. The Manager would not listen to us and did not care what we had to say. This is the worst costumer service I have ever received in my life.

Service is ok. Huge respect to the security guy here. The way he handles drunk and abusive people, especially late at night is seriously impressive. This job doesn’t look easy or respectful and he deserves a much better place to work. Mad skills, man.

Several times in the last month, and especially this morning. The morning staff like to ignore the customers at the window. I waited 35 minutes for no service. 4 staff members saw myself and 3 other people waiting in line behind me.
The managers need to be held responsible for lazy employees.
Another terrible issue with this location is the customer service is just awful. If not being treated like a criminal, then the customers are always being spoken down to, if not being ignored outright.
I'm writing this review but also going to contact head office to complain. Treat your customers better, or else go work in a different location.

Super busy store, always long line up for toilet. Staff worked quickly. I did not expect get food early. Food and drinks were super tasty.
It’s alight. It’s located in the heart of brown town so it’ll deteriorate quickly so I’ll enjoy as it’s still a new establishment. But I will not be surprised if this place comes up in controversial topics or even the news.

Just a word of caution , this area is known to have a lot of drug addicts hanging around.. Probably the worst in the city. It's not their fault it's more of a city issue but if you're visiting I just want you to be aware of the surroundings that you might encounter if you're staying at the nearby hotel
