Where to begin. Outside. Human beings being ignored and stepped over outside on the sidewalk and directly in front of the door and side walls even though one of the main services is food delivery to people waiting in allotted parking stalls in the parking lot. This means that these employees would literally”step over” these addicts. I watched for awhile before going over to do what they didn’t bother to try, and make sure no one was overdosed, dialed 211 asked for the place that sends out people who are able to help snd drive them somewhere safe. It took me 2 minutes to do this. I’m disappointed in this place. Money isn’t everything people.

Update, it got worse, not sure how McDonald’s can have stale buns among other things. If there was literally any pace available after 10pm I would never shop here, avoid if possible

I buy food to go . Payed for MacMenu and take for myself fries 🍟 and some another . Just come to home I open bag and no fries for me . Why I paid for it and don’t got ! Give me money back , it’s scam !
update: after I wrote the review I decided to eat my cheeseburger. why is it dry?????? Where is some ingredient???

And I'm still silent about the fact that the kitchen workers were without gloves, had rings on their hands, and their hair was not covered with a protective net. (which violates Alberta health regulations)
Usually I never leave a review, but wow... what an absolute trash location. Treated very rudely by management. Some people need to get off their high horse and treat others with respect.

Very convenience and good location. Staff are busy but they try to find my order. However they still has same issue from before renovation. Which is homeless people and some teenager's behavior inside of restaurant. I recommend they hire more security or managements find out solutions. Thank you.
