I came to order this morning and although I am somewhat content with the food, one of the staffs treatment towards a customer was what really alarmed me. I am not usually one to leave reviews, however, I am very bothered. A man who very obviously had a speech impediment approached the staff kindly, doing his best to signal that an individual left their bag behind, and he was attempting to surrender it to the staff in case anyone comes back to get it. The filipino lady very rudely made gestures to him, disregarding what he was saying despite his kind approach, making hand gestures of him to back away and take the bag back. If you have common sense, you would understand what the man was trying to say. I understand that this location gets busy in the morning, but could she have done her best to understand the man? Unacceptable treatment to a human being. On top of that, the hot chocolate that was bought was just straight up warm milk (as always).

Unreal how they can screw up a simple egg mc muffin I just dropped my daughter off at the airport who won't be home for Christmas. So a sad morning when I ordered a med coke and egg and sausage Mc muffin. I was about to head home but pulled over to eat. The bun was so hard it was like knocking on a door. Took it back to the counter showed the worker knocked on it just because they could see it stormed out to pissed off to wait for a new one.

Very disappointed with my experience this morning. At the drive-through, no one attended my lane for about 5 minutes, and I had to wait nearly 15 minutes just for my coffee. This has happened to me two times in a row. It’s clear this location is always short-staffed around 7:30 a.m. Management really needs to improve staffing during the morning rush to avoid frustrating regular customers

I can't say anything about the treatment of the Manager Evelyn who attended us. However, we were denied from redeeming all our monoply rewards under a claim that it's limited. I remember when we purchases our food it was not limited to buy it!!! It makes no sense at all. Also fries quality was so bad, cold and salty, it was changed after we requested but was not nice to have waste food and had to change it, also mcfries box was not the monoply box, wonder why?! We're mcdonalds customers for long years and our experience here was not up to what we expected, seems we will try other stores next time.
