Absolutely disgusting.
Order about 70$ worth of food and it was all wrong and they refused to fix it, extremely disappointed and they were all disrespectful and rude.
Never coming to the Mc Donald’s again.

It never ceases to amaze me how cleanliness is never an issue. Really gross. Presentation of some of the staff and the dirt in the kitchen is disturbing.

If you order online with the service to the table, you will have to wait about 20 minutes. Because they are not in a hurry to bring you food.

Let's start with the food, as in the survey, the food is prepared with bare hands after people are checked out at the checkout and it is unclear what else they touched with them. Why no gloves??? They also do not wear protective nets on their heads to protect their hair. The ice cream machine has not been working for a long time, you cannot order a milkshake.

Service: the self-service machine does not issue receipts with an order number and changes the picture quickly so that you do not have time to remember your order number. The monitor with order numbers also does not work.

Atmosphere: dirty, dirty tables, ketchum everywhere even on the cup lids.

Personal situation: 1. Three times when ordering, the order was mixed up or the complete order was not served. 2. Having ordered ice cream, they stuck my receipt on the ice cream machine, having missed my order three times, I went up and reminded them that they stuck my order on the ice cream machine and forgot about it.
3. Having ordered happy meals, they forgot to tell the children yoghurts.

Observation: while waiting for an order, there are a lot of people standing, at this moment three workers are standing and discussing how one works, instead of issuing other orders. They generally spend a lot of time talking instead of working.

Dirty place, order machine printers don't work for years, when I got my bag, everything was mixed inside it., just gave them back and left..,

The worst in the city. No Ice no napkins. Dinning area dirty. Food was cold. And it wasn't even busy

"I've traveled to over 30 countries, including Europe, and never encountered a McDonald's as dirty as this location. Unfortunately, my recent visit left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons.

The environment was filthy, with trash scattered throughout, dirty tables, and an overall lack of cleanliness. It's unacceptable for a renowned brand like McDonald's to maintain such poor standards.

As a frequent traveler, I've come to expect a certain level of quality and hygiene from McDonald's, but this location fell far short. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues.
