McDonald's

The staff at this McDonald's were incredibly rude. I don't want to say much more; other reviews have already covered that. If you want to experience the worst McDonald's service, then come and try it.

These people can’t even read. Constantly get basic menu item orders wrong. Half the time I order sausage and egg McMuffins for breakfast they give sausage and no egg. Apparently knowing how to read basic English is no longer a prerequisite.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too and it’s been like that for years. Every time I end up here for a quick snack I remember why I avoid it. Expect to wait 10min for your order even at non-peak times.

The worse of the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.. totally unacceptable...

There’s no urgency from the workers..f them!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Severely under staffed. The place is always filthy and riddled with homeless people who have pissed themselves asking for hand outs. The food is sub par (to put it lightly). Stale buns, under cooked fries, horribly put together burgers and burnt apple pies to name a few things. I’ve received the wrong order on multiple occasions. Only reason Ive been back is because it’s so close to my house but trust me when I say, take the extra time and go to the one across the street on 17th ave. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Waited 27 min for a mcfrosty with 2 other costumers in the place and a staff of 4 working.
Foreign workers program in full effect.

The workers instantly move all orders from 'in progress' to 'now serving', so that to their boss it looks like they can get food made in under 45 minutes. Avoid.

You know what you’re getting from here but I still say the coffee is big time underrated!

Disorganized, short staffed dirty

They put no gravy in poutine, give me double quarter pounder instead of BLT that I have ordered. Also they put in undercooked and not crispy bacon and shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. Asked for a spare fork and waited while one employee way talking to another one, holding the fork I asked and just standing there. As an employee of another McDonald's restaurant I can confirm that this is the worst experience that I had in McDonalds in Calgary. Such irresponsibility and lack of attention.

Literally the WORST take out spot in the city. The food is always wrong, and there's often items missing from your order . Whatever they do end up giving you is almost always cold, and absolutely ALWAYS poorly packed . I have no idea how this location is still in business with the garbage that comes out of it . Save your money go ANYWHERE else . You'd likely have a better dining experience eating out of a trash bin behind a Dennys.

Wait time was much longer than necessary, it seemed, as I have also observed in another Walmart location for the same order..I'm sure there is an easy way to fix that..! :o)

It's so very worth it to go across the street to the one on 17th instead. The fries are always under salted, old fryer oil being used, or soggy and gross. Everytime I order here, at least one thing is wrong, more often 2 or 3 things messed up. Also extremely slow service, employees couldnt handle a rush if their lives depended on it. Management is also rude. Just don't go here.
