Literally the WORST take out spot in the city. The food is always wrong, and there's often items missing from your order . Whatever they do end up giving you is almost always cold, and absolutely ALWAYS poorly packed . I have no idea how this location is still in business with the garbage that comes out of it . Save your money go ANYWHERE else . You'd likely have a better dining experience eating out of a trash bin behind a Dennys.

Wait time was much longer than necessary, it seemed, as I have also observed in another Walmart location for the same order..I'm sure there is an easy way to fix that..! :o)

It's so very worth it to go across the street to the one on 17th instead. The fries are always under salted, old fryer oil being used, or soggy and gross. Everytime I order here, at least one thing is wrong, more often 2 or 3 things messed up. Also extremely slow service, employees couldnt handle a rush if their lives depended on it. Management is also rude. Just don't go here.

Worst McDonald's in the city. The Royal Oak and Marlborough Walmarts have better McDonalds inside of them. Service is slow, food is always low quality, and the restaurant is generally filthy and dirty.

Cozy place for a quick bite after shopping. Friendly staff and timely service .

Its wild how rude the workers are here. How long meals take to be completed and how close i need to be for my app to register im close enough for them to start cooking. Why not take average wait times into consideration. I work in the mall and I have to stand here for 15 mins waiting for some basic stuff. Honestly insane. One kid just spent 5 mins trying to refill the icecream with 15+ people waiting

They where so slow!!!!! And wait all order to get ready before they hand it in and end up the person behind me (with 2 drink orders)got hers sooner than i do (with 1 drink order)

I ordered the Migthy breakfast the front counter service is really good but I has to wait for my food since the shift manager is checking on his cell phone and he is not ready to give my food. Finally, pull the charger and put away his cell phone and give my food. When I have my first bite I notice my food looks dirty and the bottom English muffin is hard rock. I bring my food back and talk to the nice front counter lady but when the shift manager came he becomes rude and tries to argue. I said I wanted to talk to the manager he said he is the manager looking at the bad food he wonder why? The other staff told him of what’s the issue. He still wonders. I said why don’t you trust what your own staff is telling you. I think she is reliable but he continues to argue as if he doesn’t want to replace the bad food. Just really an awful experience when the manager blame the customer like me because I compliant that the food is not good.

Ordered from the self-serve machine and got no receipt but my payment went through. I had no idea what my order number was. I just waited patiently and tried to get the cashier’s attention but they seemed to not care and ignore me. Finally I told one of them the issue and wanted the receipt. I didn’t get the receipt but got my sandwich. Took too long. The workers seemed unprofessional and disorganized.

I have ordered a Coca coka and they give me the cup but over there no straw or no lids and also lot of mess. Not even like to stand for a minute. After some time i went up again then again straws are messed up and also the platform
