I just had quite the experience at your 17 Ave drive-thru. I said the code 5552 — not once, not twice, but enough times that I felt like I was auditioning for a voice-over role. I tried slow, fast, loud, soft… basically every accent short of opera singing. Sadly, none of it landed, and somehow I still drove away with the wrong order.
Honestly, I didn’t realize ordering at McDonald’s was a communication challenge on par with charades. Maybe next time I should bring flashcards or interpretive dance?
All jokes aside, it’d be great if the staff could catch order codes a little better, so customers don’t have to turn into stand-up comedians just to get a meal.

This location has some of the laziest and most careless staff I’ve ever encountered. Always double-check your order because it’s a coin toss whether they’ll get it right. It often feels like the staff treat customer service as a game, seeing how little effort they can get away with.
The so-called 24-hour service is a joke — half the time, the ice cream or slushy machines are conveniently ‘down’ or ‘being cleaned.’ It’s shocking that McDonald’s doesn’t have quality checks in place here because the management clearly doesn’t care.

Went there around 1:00 a.m. to go grab some food because they're advertised as 24 hours. I was denied service. The doors were locked. If it is the drive-thru is 24 hours that has to be clearly noted and not 24-hour service. You have to have drive-thru 24 hours. What you are doing is illegal. It is considered false advertising because people were getting served through the drive-thru. Meaning the drive-thru is 24 hours, not the shop. Advertise your shit correctly before somebody brings you to court And then 3 minutes before my Uber eats order is supposed to show up and a half hour after ordering it they cancel it. For what reason? No reason they just cancel it because why because they feel like it. I will be reporting you guys to corporate and or the owner like. If this does not get viewed by the owner I will be going directly to the owner and having a discussion with them about what happened tonight

I ordered a junior chicken meal and asked to add a poutine instead of fries. The person at the drive-thru kept saying ‘speak louder’ until I basically had to yell, and even then they still missed the poutine in my order. Pretty frustrating, especially when I made it clear

I came to buy some food , after I noticed a sign on the street that they were fully open. After I ordered my food , I asked her to go to the washroom and I asked them politely to let me in. One of the workers called Tess treated me very rudely and ignored me and left after I asked me to eat outside the store. Even though there were people eating inside the store, I felt hateful racism
They no longer give free soda refills. Cost them 3 cents. Trash.

Went in for lunch. They have automated tills for u to order. Wasn't working properly. Stood in line. They served the girl n then went to the back. 2 people in line waiting for them to help. The guy was standing there for at least 5 min. A senior standing next the other counter wanting a napkin. No one came to help anyone. The only person was serving people their order. Someone besides the senior reached over n helped her. The new renovation said, we r renovating to help you better, that's not true. Service sucks. We left n gave our money to someone else.
