Every single time I've dined in or went through the drive thru my order has been perfect. Best McDonalds in the city I've ever eaten at. This meal was extra special. Ordered table service and when the food came it was perfect and the presentation was done with care as shown in the photo. Only 1 fry fell out in the bag which is unheard of. Mcdouble was perfect. Mcflurry was perfect as well. No notes. Shout out to the manager, he works so hard and runs a well oiled machine!

I was served a 3 day old fruit and fiber muffin it took them 15 minutes to bring out a medium hot chocolate. And I was the only customer in the building, with one homeless gentle man seated by the windows This worker should be retrain and all the flip-flops supervisors should be cleaning toilets Because they cannot be managers

Had to clarify everything and they still messed it up so after the second clarification I made sure to let them know I’m using the app for a discount and she said she’ll process it at the window. Some Indian lady with a really strong attitude and disrespectful demeanor. She couldn’t do her job right either because multiple specifications were missing on a 3 specification order, also was charged the wrong price since she said to bad on processing the deal, super ignorant, they need new workers asap. I’ve been here multiple times and genuinely think I’ve gotten more messed up orders then proper ones.

I just went through the drive-through, and my car is not crazy low or anything . However, it scraped the entire way through because the drive-through was not shoveled before the snowfall last night. The snow froze and created deep ruts, which caused the damage. I would appreciate this being addressed and fixed.

The incompetence of the workers at this restaurant is genuinely on a hole new level. I tell them im allergic to an topping and to not put it on my sandwich, on the package it says I shouldn't and I open it up and look inside and there it is. The level of either apathy or incompetence hurts me. Genuinely who hires the people who work here its honestly insane. If you value what you eat and where you spend your money go to another McDonald's or another fast food place but save your money and avoid this one because they will mess your order up
Homeless people everywhere and it took 15 mins to get my food while I watched all of the employees laugh and joke around for about 10 minutes of the time that I waited

I don’t know what happened to this McDonald’s, but it has become consistently terrible. For the past couple of visits, the service has been a mess. They mess up the order at least 50% of the time which is still completely unacceptable for a fast-food place.
Inside the store, the service is slow and unorganized, and the staff often acts like customers are an INCONVIENCE. And the drive-thru is even worse. Even when they get the main order right, they almost always forget simple things like straws, napkins, sauces, or other basic amenities. You don’t realize it until you drive off and then you’re stuck without something you should’ve automatically gotten.
This location seriously needs better management and better attention to detail. If you want a hassle-free meal, The McDonald's at Westbrook which is a short 3 minutes away provides way better service and is consistent in providing good service, but only lacks in not having an available drive-through. I believe that this specific McDonald's either needs to be shut down.

I tried the new triple pickle big Mac burger it was messy but it was really good. The service was lacking in there service, especially in the cleaning of the front tables and the fact that they don't carry a simple condiment like white vinegar was shocking. Other than that its a late night open dining spot people can go on 17th Ave s.w and get a bite to eat passed 11pm which is cool to know♡
