The quality of food here is absolutely mind blowing. I threw my meal in the garbage before I got out of the parking lot. The food I just saw Will make me rethink ever stopping in a drive-through again. No wonder it was 12:30 PM and the drive-through didn’t have one car in it. Absolutely mind blowing

Terrible experience. Ordered a Big Mac for my daughter with no onions and no pickles through the drive thru at 7:30pm on February 3, 2026. Received a Big Mac with onions and no lettuce. Was on 16th Ave by this point and not prepared to turnaround. Phone number doesn’t work. Hopefully they do some form of quality control and review with employees so this doesn’t happen to future customers. Only ordered the one meal so it wasn’t a complicated order. 67% accurate I suppose. $14. Could have just ordered a double cheese burger.

Why Iam not surprise or impressed with lots of bad reviews at this location!!! I went today on January 29 ,2026, @ 8:45 AM to redeem my offer for breakfast when I ordered I asked for chicken Mc muffins it’s on the list that included on the breakfast combo!!! When she typed the code the lady said it isn’t come the Mc chicken muffin and it says on the offer!!! I asked to talk with the manager and she said Iam the manager with out respect with the costumers!!! Shame on her!!! Everyone can read clearly what says @ the offer but the manager cannot!!! Should her buy a glasses to read better or hire someone qualified for that position!!!!

5 times said NO CHEESE. box and receipt say no cheese, workers assured us that it would be no cheese. Train your expo, they're meant to check the orders not just play grocery bagger and put the food in bags. What a joke.

Took ages and I feel bad for their employees. The shift manager, someone they called Mon I believe, just kept yelling and pushing them aside. It was a bad example for my kids.
One of the worst mcdonalds service out here. You would think that since they smile at customers, they’ll do the same to their own but no, it was all just a bucnh of yelling and complaining.
If I worked here I would not be able to handle a day with what the others are going through and quit on the spot, props to them.

Place was an absolute mess. All booths were dirty and the floors had garbage on them. No cleaning by the staff at all. Had to clean a table myself in order to sit.

I ordered pick up 20 mins before I arrived at the restaurant, when I got there, the server just started filling the drinks, then made me wait another 10 mins for the food. I thought the whole purpose of ordering ahead was that your food will be ready when you get there. The fries were stale, no ketchup was given, 1 napkin was provided with an order of 3 burgers and fries. I gotta say this is the worst worst McDonalds in the city!! I even got food poisoning from it once. I hate that it’s the closest one to my house
