Drive thru customers are the priority. You walk in expect to be served last, if you go and order from the til you will wait longer, a lot of flies and transient traffic. I do not recommend

This is the only McDonald’s that still has caring staff and management. Everyday my daughter and I stop in there so she can pee after ctrain and they always take care of her. They know I don’t have lots of money but don’t say nothing.

I am a regular customer in this store since more than 3 years and I’ve always felt a wonderful atmosphere whenever I eat in there or I pick up orders for deliveries. The way I’ve been treated today at 9 am from the girl at the front ( first time I saw her in this store ) was really rude and unacceptable, first of all I’ve said good morning 2 times she was looking to my eyes and no reply at all, She asked me 4 times about my order number and for the 4th time I spoke little higher so she can hear me cause for the 3 first times she could not hear she start saying oh don’t be rude. I told you good morning you did not even reply , I never told you any bad word untel you came to me and told me you are rude just because I was trying to make you hear what I’m saying. Sometimes all of us can have a bad day but it’s not a reason to have such a behavior specifying if you’re working in a beautiful place like Macdonald.
Absolute worst drive through service ever. Sat for over 20 mins with only 3 cars in front of us. All for two drinks. Not to mention they got the order wrong. I mean this is abysmally slow and bad service. Never will be back if this is how things run.

I ordered a hamburger to go for dinner and asked for a Sprite, but when I got home, the drink I had was just water with ice.
