Macdonalds anywhere in the city has become hit and miss. I went through this one's drive thru. Order a quarter pounder meal no onions, diet coke. I was quickly handed a bag after paying and dude says thanks... normally a good thing right quick service. Nope, I start eat my fries and don't leave because I'm waiting for my drink. ~30 sec go by when he finally notices me and I get to say "you forgot my drink". He then says oh wait... looks at his til and says did you order QP meal? To which I look in the bag and it's just fries and a hamburger...lol. Well half eaten fries anyway... not sure if they totally messed it up but took another min or 2 to get my order together. I asked him if he wanted the other bag back and he said no, you can have it. Typical service lately 🙄 Walden, Shawnessy, Barlow, 52nd ST At 72nd. Willow Park is ok so far... not the same McD's anymore... Check your order before driving away!!!

Got the Grinch meal, specifically asked to make sure that the grinch socks and dill pickles seasoning was in there they said yes bottom of bag. No sauce or socks.

Went in and ordered the cheeseburger deluxe and found a piece of wood in the burger.the manager did nothing about it and just looked at the ground and said nothing not going back to this restaurant.
Shady management. There is currently a promotion for buying a $25 gift card and getting a coupon for big Mac or Mc chicken. But when I asked them. They said no promo.

I've only ever done drive through and drive through is fine. But when you go inside? You shouldn't. It's so busy and employees will see people standing in line and they will only look at you, not acknowledge you whatsoever. They will look at you MULTIPLE times and after waiting for 5 + minutes only then WILL they acknowledge you. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to come in, only drive thru (not even). Inside is also dirty, tables are not cleaned with previous customers garbages.

Like any McDonalds. It's what you'd expect and what will probably get you you McD's fix if your headed there, or if you eat there all of the time.. The drive through was quick and only messed up one item from the order. May this is common here, check out other reviews and maybe you'll know what to expect. Good food for McD's that got us what we wanted.

I came to this branch and bought a happy meal for Super Mario Toys; unfortunately, they gave me Bugs Bunny! When a Super Mario became a Bugs Bunny? You are not truthful to your customers. I spoke to the manager named Oscar, and said to just send an email to McDonalds Corporate about my experience.
