Popped in for lunch. The dining area was clean and the staff were keeping on top of the tables. Food came out exactly as ordered and didn't take long. One of the better-managed locations in the city

just trying to order at the kiosk with my family. the worker starts mopping the floor right next to us and is literally pushing and dragging the mop onto our feet. and then we go sit at a table and he starts mopping right under our table and made me lift my feet as we’re eating..?? like seriously, no respect. it seemed like he was intentionally mopping right where we were it’s just rude and gross dragging the mop right over our shoes.

1 star is over-rated for this location. Ordered two breakfast combos via the mobile app around 9:40 a.m. The app showed the order was being prepared based on my ETA, but when I arrived before 11:00 a.m., I was stuck in the drive-thru because staff didn’t understand mobile orders. By the time I reached the window, they said breakfast was over and only coffee was available. No clear refund process, and one coffee was made incorrectly. Very disorganized experience. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

This location is honestly always without fail disgusting, you can hear your feet peeling off of the floor if you stand anywhere near the soda machine, trash and spilled food/condiments everywhere. Consistently one of the worst locations I've ever visited.

This is honestly getting ridiculous.
I have now ordered the Double Quarter BLT from this McDonald’s three separate times, and every single time the bacon was missing. Not once. Not twice. Three times.
The second time it happened, I contacted support, got a refund, and was told it wouldn’t happen again. I gave this location another chance a month later… and the exact same thing happened. No bacon. Again.
At this point, it doesn’t feel like a mistake — it feels like a pattern.
If they can’t even put bacon into a burger that literally has BLT in the name, imagine what else in people’s orders is being missed — most customers probably just don’t complain.
I’m not someone who complains for no reason. But when the same error happens three times in a row, it becomes a quality control issue and a reputation problem. This location really needs to take this seriously.

besides my order taking more than an hour to get delivered which is a simple (McGriddle + Hotchocolate + Hash Bites). For the wait time, Skip is to blame. But as to how the drink spilled on everything as if it was punched before it was thrown to the delivery driver i dont know. I just wanted breakfast lol

Worst experience, too slow for a “fast food”. Staff don’t pay attention to any walk in orders . Doesn’t look under staff but still somehow managed to take so long just to make coffee, utterly pathetic
The Manager, who refused to tell me his name and put his hand on the badge was super rude and unprofessional, I just said no cheese and he was so mad and nodding his had he is asain and wear glasses I wish there was a 0 star option
You know pretty much all McDonald’s as I was just at this one in Crowfoot when a person walks up to the till serve them you don’t ignore them or walk up to the it’ll look at you and walk away as the older Asian manager did to me (very rude and very bad disrespectful customer service, not sure how she’s a manager) and hope maybe they will do self check out because guess what not everybody can do self checkout now everybody can actually read in order to do self check out so maybe what you should be doing if you’re lacking of staff hire somebody and don’t be so cheap and have no one at the till. Even Tim Hortons pays someone to work the till. The worst part is when the manager looks up sees you but ignores you hoping you’ll go to self checkout. All McDonald’s in the city of Calgary does that. And if you want to stay cheap and not pay a cashier then get a damn bell. But just think without a clerk the money and tolls your people touch then back to the food without washing there hands. I waited not sure how long then guy behind waited longer. Ridiculous, fix the issue, you wonder why Tim Hortons is busier even though the coffees not great that’s why, better customer service!!!!
