I wish there was an option for negative stars as I see the reviews are not very good for the is McDonald's and I know alot of people leave bad reviews out of frustration but today wasn't my first time here and the last time I was here the employees were extremely disrespectful especially the short Muslim female manager with black hair and big eyes and an employee that was on the cash register in a light blue shirt and had short black hair with some kind of comb over hairstyle I think on November 8th around 2:55 took my receipt for my order and wouldn't give me the food I already redeemed points for and told me that I needed to show stickers to receive my food even though I told them multiple times it was points and I've never been asked for stickers for an order redeemed with points
I then asked for a manager and the young skinny male employee went and grabbed another young employee that they said was the manager but nobody had any name tags on for me to confirm that but when he did get her to walk over he obviously told her something else before I could even get a chance to explain that I used points and because they claimed something was wrong with the receipts they couldn't give me my food so I just wasted an entire meals worth of points just because they can't do their jobs correctly and laugh at customers and also won't talk to customers like human beings
I understand this McDonald's might get alot of nasty customers if that other review is accurate but damn I don't know if I can figure out why some Customers might be getting upset and eventually rude🤔😂
I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that you can spend your hard earned money here every day or so and for years or even redeem points that have been getting saved for a bit and redeem an entire meal worth of points only to get told your wrong and not going to be receiving your ALREADY PAID FOR FOOD OR THE MEAL YOU REDEEMED

Old asian manager and black lady working drive thru at midnight are extremely rude and unprofessional. Manager refused to give names to make a proper complaint. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady at the window was very rude and hostile and proceeded to tell me no, and demanded to know why I needed to speak to a manager which frankly is none of her business.

Just experienced such rude staff and will be come to this location again and will be filing a complaint with higher ups.
We just sat in line at midnight for 20 minutes, just for them to refuse us a cup of water. Which we come to this location, multiple times throughout the day for ice water.
The black lady helping us tonight was extremely rude, she refused to let us see the manager when we asked for one and then minutes later, proceeded to go complain about us to her manager.
When we spoke to the manager, she was also extremely rude and hostile as well, saying it’s against policy, which is not true, because again, we come every single day to this location in the day and they provide us with water cups lol.
The attitude of both the employee and manager was extremely unprofessional.. but hey, what can you expect from a Mcdonald’s worker?

As a vegetarian I was waiting forever for a plant burger. Out of all the fast food chains this has to be THE WORST. Nothing like a burger. Tasteless and too expensive. What a disappointment. If you want a good veg burger you can't beat the Impossible Whopper at Burger King, especially in Wednesday when it's only $5!

idk what it is but every time I come here the other customers are being rude to the employees and last time I had two random guys be rude to me for no reason. The service itself is fine and the employees have always been wonderful, but the customers that go here are awful. I honestly might avoid this place from now on. I don't want to get sucked into whatever negative energy the men here exude and be another person having a meltdown at a McDonald's of all places.

Ordered Diet Coke and got a drink I’ve never tried before. Apple pies were cold. I don’t think my order should’ve been difficult to complete but apparently it was too hard for the workers tonight.
The automatic door lets in too much cold air inside the restaurant, making dining in experience difficult.

Oh my goodness, the food doesn’t taste great at all! It feels like everything’s a bit old. We’ve tried it more than once, and it’s always the same unpleasant taste. Sadly, this is the only place Uber Eats delivers my food from.
