My Daughter wants no mustard, or pickels, and extra onions, guess what she got two onions mustard and pickels. We had to wait for ever for the food. Major lack of organization.

Kid-friendliness: The tables are gross and there are not enough employees to cover everything.

Came here specifically to try the new cheesy jalapeño double quarter pounder. They didn’t even put the cheesy jalapeño sauce on it. Pretty much was just given a normal quarter pounder with bacon.

F.U. Seriously

I live in the area of this McDonald’s for 15 years, so this review is NOT BASED on a single experience. This is what I consider "MY" McDonald’s as it is the closest one to my house, it is literally 5 minutes away. In the 15 years I have attempted to use their services, I HAVE NEVER, EVER…had a good experience! There is ALWAYS something wrong with my food or order. The food is either cold, my order is missing what I requested and paid for OR something is given that I didn’t ask for. It doesn’t matter if I go into the restaurant, use the drive-thru or as of recent order delivery, this restaurant CAN NOT provide the service and food they are being payed to provide. I can confidently say that in the 15 years of trying to give them my money, this location has 100% disappointed me in some way. As of late, the last 9 times(consecutively) I have tried to order food and have it delivered, which is a service they offer, a permanent menu product isn't available(but available at other locations?) ...or my order is received on-line and then “cancelled completely” after 10 minutes of waiting. I can not say I have experienced this inconsistency of absolute 100% terrible service at other locations or businesses in general. This review is based on 15 years of, hundreds of trips…to the location or orders delivered…15 YEARS!! There have been times where I’ve stopped giving them my money for an extended period of time and then gone back to see if the restaurant has changed or improved over time(maybe new management has taken over during my avoidance) only to be disappointed AGAIN by terrible product or service. I have been compensated with sooooo many free meals to only have the free meals...have something wrong with them as well, that’s how bad this location is! Has anyone else that lives in this area experienced this? If you can, I suggest giving your money to the other businesses in the area, I have tried them ALL since I have lived here for an extended period of time and haven't had the CONSISTENCY of terrible food or service, that I have experienced at this location.
(Jan.27/25) Stopped at the Drive-Thru to grab my son A Happy Meal(as he has a medically documented eating disorder and Chicken Nugget Happy Meals are one of the only foods he will eat) and my wife ordered a McDouble Meal(I refuse to eat here for I know something will be wrong with the order)...confirmed the order on the "screen" at the drive-thru order speaker and proceeded through the line...........They ended up charging me for a Happy Meal & a McChicken meal instead. Once I explained to them that I DID NOT order a McChicken meal I ordered a McDouble meal(I had to explain it to the person at the window 4 times before she understood what I was bringing to her attention!! She looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head, that we did not order a McChicken meal, we ordered a McDouble meal)...THIS LOCATION IS NOT CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE FOOD AND SERVICE THEY ARE BEING PAID TO PROVIDE...give your money to other businesses, save yourself the stress and disappointment.

This a very cold uncomfortable restaurant, I was told the new manager was saving on heating expenses. On my last visit I asked 6 tables of customers if they were cold, one said it was ridiculous, another just shivered, the rest agreeed

2 times in 1 week I ordered eat in and didn't get food on the tray.. had to ask to give me tray although slip says eat-in! You have one job to do and it'a not difficult!!!
