Difficult to get in and out of this McDonald's traffic controls not very good what's inside you order your meal through the computer console I wait for your order number to be called. McDonald's is less customer-focused on first contact then they used to be in the good old days.

You stand to order at the counter and everyone looks at you and still dont take your order I don’t work here so I don’t go to the self serve I waited 8 minutes while everyone that works there looked at me

I don't know who they are hiring, but they don't seem to come with working ears. There is utter confusion constantly about what every customer has ordered. They park everyone, even if it fills their parking lot and really just don't care at all about the customer, their order or their experience. This is not new BTW. This has been the last 22 years. It's unreal. They certainly don't stay open because of their customer service or accuracy. The most disappointing part is the management team and Head Office don't care at all, in any way shape or form. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. Avoid this McDonalds. There is a very well run and accurate A and W in the same lot. Save yourself the headache and choose the A and W instead of McDonalds.

My McFlurry was half full, told the staff working and they then had a very negative attitude toward me for telling them it was half full

I am so disgusted in the food I got today. Either they need to actually train the teens working as cooks or they need to have supervision because my bun was raw and the chicken was crazy burnt. Everytime I get Food from this location everything is burnt or not cooked all the way through. I couldn't even eat my waffle fries due to them being over cooked and to hard to even chew. My dog wouldn't even eat the waffle fries because they were so hard. It's unbelievable how much not just this location but mcdonalds has went down hill in the last year. Won't be getting any money from me anymore.

Had a quick break from work, so I ran in to grab a quick chicken McNuggets and fries. The McNuggets were not freshly made, cool and cardboard like. Tasted like they were sitting there all morning. Fries were okay. Come on McDonald’s employee’s, dont be so damn lazy and cook fresh for the price it costs for a McDonald’s meal nowadays.
