Worst McDonald's ever ! Consumer service is a joke. Was told we could get 2 meals for our order that was received upside-down and missing items (happymeal) a few days later the night manager refused to provide any information or help in anyway. She was extremely rude and said she doesnt give free food and to go else where. Apparently she was the manager..... never going here again honestly.

Worst service in the history of the franchise. I was there for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The monitor showed about eight orders in progress, with about 10 customers standing around NOT BEING SERVED. There were about five workers milling around the kitched area just talking and staring at monitors. Seriously, McDonald's corporate needs to come deal with the damage this location is doing to the brand!

We order breakfast here in uber eats when the food arrive The Chai frappe is so sour and tastes disgusting. We called them and they said is not eligible and they said that the crew who did it is new wth you need to train them properly they don’t know that their doing. This is a food safety issue if i didn’t taste it weird i would be at the hospital i would never order here again. YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW FOOD SAFETY WORKS!!!! Train your employee PROPERLY!!

We tried ordering the big macs that were on special yesterday and the cashier screwed up the order so bad that 3 managers could not help her. So needless to say that we did not get the special because they did not know how to do it. This place would benefit from some training of their employees how to use a simple cash register. Disappointing.
24 minutes for our order to be ready… how??? This is McDonald’s! This place was filthy, looked like that staff didn’t know what they were doing. Spilling stuff everywhere and not even bothering to clean up.
Came because we were going to the splash park nearby… I’ll go to the one near my house in the future then drive to the splash park!

Service absolutely sucks! Took 25 minutes to receive my order. 1 hamburger and fries! 3 orders on the screen, 25 minutes is unreal! Not to mention it's $18 for one meal! Save your time and money and go for a sit down meal at a restaurant!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and also picked up a mobile order once. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great to say the least. The food was really poorly put together- everything looked messy and rushed. Even though every time it took way more time to get our food than usual. Once we had an order with table service (when they bring your order to your table) - never got one, we were called to pick food ourselves. For a mobile order I got a medium Sprite with no ice, but they gave me a cup of plain water with ice instead — not even syrup-free soda (which can sometimes happen with fountain machines), just regular water. I didn’t notice until I got home. Also, the washrooms were incredibly dirty - honestly some of the worst I’ve ever seen. After everything I think we’ll avoid this place from now on
