I ordered a mcdouble, one employee gave me the wrong receipt and I paid for wrong person, I got my mcdouble after 20 minutes after I asked where is my order. Terrible service

We tried ordering the big macs that were on special yesterday and the cashier screwed up the order so bad that 3 managers could not help her. So needless to say that we did not get the special because they did not know how to do it. This place would benefit from some training of their employees how to use a simple cash register. Disappointing.

24 minutes for our order to be ready… how??? This is McDonald’s! This place was filthy, looked like that staff didn’t know what they were doing. Spilling stuff everywhere and not even bothering to clean up.
Came because we were going to the splash park nearby… I’ll go to the one near my house in the future then drive to the splash park!

Service absolutely sucks! Took 25 minutes to receive my order. 1 hamburger and fries! 3 orders on the screen, 25 minutes is unreal! Not to mention it's $18 for one meal! Save your time and money and go for a sit down meal at a restaurant!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and also picked up a mobile order once. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great to say the least. The food was really poorly put together- everything looked messy and rushed. Even though every time it took way more time to get our food than usual. Once we had an order with table service (when they bring your order to your table) - never got one, we were called to pick food ourselves. For a mobile order I got a medium Sprite with no ice, but they gave me a cup of plain water with ice instead — not even syrup-free soda (which can sometimes happen with fountain machines), just regular water. I didn’t notice until I got home. Also, the washrooms were incredibly dirty - honestly some of the worst I’ve ever seen. After everything I think we’ll avoid this place from now on

I originally wanted my tea cold, but there wasn’t an option for that, so I ordered it hot. After placing the order, I asked at the counter if they could just add a few ice cubes. But the drink had already been made.
Mohameed, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and offered amazing service. He remade the drink for me and told me not to hesitate to let him know if it wasn’t just right. He was so polite, and I’m really thankful — it was such a great experience! I’d really love to compliment this staff member.

Ordered a burger plain because I can’t eat ketchup or mustard. The burger was “plain” ie they must’ve put sauce on it then scrapped it off, awesome work yall what if it was a severe allergy?

Horrible ! Hard buns and didn't notice till I got home! Asked for modifications to add onions they removed all onion. It was scraped off! How do I know? Looked in and you can see some remaing. The cheese hard on edge like what ? Really ?
I understand why this place has poor reviews. Placed a skip order and got the complete wrong order. The receipt on the side was my order, not the items in the bag though lol
Edit: Scammers! This place is an absolute scan. I have ordered many time and every single time, something is missing from my order. Wether pick it up or get it delivered, they rip me off.
