Last time they completely forgot my burger in my delivery. Either way, pick up or delivery. You’ll be waiting 30 to 45 minutes no matter what you order. Drive through no problem just pull around and wait for a burger lol

Tables are a little dirty and uncomfortable. Staff try but walk in traffic is not a priority.

It is obvious that McDonald's doe not want people to eat in their restaurants anymore. Just drive through.

More money.

WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Built of the most incompetent team of workers ever. They ALWAYS get something wrong with the order. And the food is subpar. Today it took 20 minutes for a hash brown and a coffee. Someone send help.

The bathroom was a health violation. Filthy. The entrance doors were so dirty and gross I almost didn't order. Been on the shitter all night. Go figure

Terrible service, cold, soggy food is the standard for this location. Had the pleasure of waiting 20 minutes in a drive through that was staffed by one person to receive cold, soggy food that I over paid for. The employee even apologized for the food as he handed it over, and mentioned he was the only person working the drive thru.

I wish I could say that this is a one off, but this has happened to me before.

Management shouldn’t be anything less than embarrassed to be associated with this establishment. There’s a reason it has low reviews, this place is an embarrassment.

This location consistently can't keep up with orders and asks you to pull around to the front, which in Glenmore landing, is a massive pain. If we wanted to park and come in, we would have done that.

This time we only ordered 2 kids hot chocolates, and waited for 3 folks in front of us to get their orders and then were asked to pull around front to wait a few more minutes... For two small hot chocolates.

Most inefficient McDonalds I have ever seen.

30 mins of my life wasted stuck in the drive thru only had 10 cars ahead of me at noon today. Thank you for that.

Not to mention the drive thru has huge pot holes / dips that cars bottom out.

Also when the drive thru is full traffic lines up and blocks a whole row of parked cars that are trying to get out.

Absolutely horrible never going again.
