Walked in smiling, happy, ready for some food… until I saw the staff. No smiles, super dry energy, didn’t even ask if I wanted to stay—obviously I came inside to eat, otherwise I’d have gone through the drive-thru. Not sure if it’s me or just the mood, but next time, smile a little so customers actually want to come back. This is exactly why we think twice before returning.

I ordered online and the first time the food was 2 hours late with 3 different drivers and the food was cold. I orderd again and the food was over 45 minutes late and I called and they said that the food was done 10 minutes ago when the driver was in the store 3 minutes ago. This place needs to be shut down

Kiran is useless as she served cold burgers even after asking for fresh ones. She should be fired as she is not serious about customer service. She deseve no position in the unit.. simply arrogant and unprofessional.

My son's go to McDonald's after school. One of the McDonald's nearby that knows all the promos. I went to my community McDonald's asked them about the Christmas free sandwich giftcard promo and they told me it was a Walmart McDonald's promo only. I went to Midnapore McDonald's and they knew exactly what I'm talking about. Even allow me to claim the sandwich the same day I bought the gift card.

Big mac meal, fries 2/3 of the container (maybe 1/2), burger was fresh. Ketchup, no we don't do that anymore, gave me a small container with enough ketchup for 10 fries????

Genuinely the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. I thought that maybe the first two times I ordered to much cream or they just needed to clean the machine so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. but the 3rd and last time I ordered just black coffee. It turns out they just always have consistently burnt tasting bitter coffee regardless what time of day or how much cream and sugar is added, also this lovely batch of coffee grounds was waiting at the bottom of the cup!

So this is how you guys prepare your food now? I ordered this on Skip, by the way. I ordered a Crispy Ranch Chicken and Bacon Poutine. I got a whole half crispy chicken and two entire strips of bacon. Also asked and paid extra for the ranch, and it looks like they just dipped the chicken in the ranch for 1 second and called it a day. You can actually see how messy the food is. Very disappointed. I've been ordering from this location through Skip for years, and this is the first time I've encountered this.

The whole purpose of Mcdonalds is the fact you are the cheapest and most convenient place to eat. Your food is not good enough to be increasing the price of your menu every 2 months. The lack of common sense Mcdonalds has to do this all the time is insane.

The drive-through window staff is extremely grumpy. I needed to modify my order and asked if it was possible, and the girl at the window acted like I was trying to pay in pebbles and string to make a change to the order. I asked if it was possible, because it might not be, and she was not very pleased. Perhaps she should’ve taken New Year’s Day off.

I was just at this McDonald's and witnessed that none of the staff were wearing gloves while touching the food and one staff member in particular pulled out a napkin from her pocket, wiped her nose, put the same napkins back in her pocket then proceeded to grab burger buns with the same hands, without washing them first.
Whomever ate that burger got a little extra ingredients on their food...gross

Stopped for food. Used the drive through. The wait was extremely long for an order for 2 small fries and a McDouble despite no one else in the drivethru.

This may have been reasonable had the food been fresh, however the fries were ice cold and obviously been sitting for an extended period of time and the burger was tossed together like the staff member couldn't be bothered to put in any effort.

Needless to say, it all went in the garbage.

Added to the his was the interaction while paying. Not a single word was spoken. The Interact machine came out the window, then staff person closed the window, and several minutes later a bag of inedible food was pushed out the window.

Do better. There's no reason to provide terrible food to a customer. We all have days where we aren't at our best but at least do the bare minimum.

What a horrible experience I had here. I ordered a sausage and bacon wrap when I bit into it. And only was it like lukewarm wasn't hot, but that's fine. But it was nothing but Mayo a great big bite of mail. It was very lovely. So then I would take it back because I would like it not with so much light mail because they can't even eat it. And they forgot my hash brown. So then when we went there and I got a different sandwich or wrap, then they rolled their eyes at us because they forgot the hash brown telling me that it doesn't come with a hash brown at first, and I said, but it's a meal. And he's like, oh, you have a hash brown. I said it's this is her ash brown. My friend's hash brown because I was hungry because we got 3 hash Browns all together 2 meals and one extra hash bro and then instead of just being like, okay, yeah, sure, no problem. Because they didn't give us a receipt. And then they just questioned us in Rolled their eyes at us like we were liars, and it's like, okay, why are you getting like snotty with us?When you didn't do your job, it's not my fault.We just want food, but yeah, definitely won't be coming back here because I just didn't like the attitude because I didn't do anything wrong.I just wanted food.How would they feel if it was roles reversed.

I visited this location in the afternoon and tried to use a coupon to substitute my coffee for tea. I understand the coupon policy specifies coffee, but usually other restaurants are willing to make a small adjustment, especially since caffeine can affect sleep later in the day. Unfortunately, the manager here was very strict and unable to make an exception.

The food was fine, but the service felt less flexible and understanding than what I’ve experienced at other McDonald’s locations. I hope they can show a bit more consideration for customer requests in the future.

You might think McDonald's is a low value job. But that quarter pounder is what I wanted.
