I’ve gone here regularly since it’s so close to where I live but I’ve been seeing a lowering quality over the past few months. First of all the wait times of the drive through is just insane, second of all I usually order poutines and I RARELY get a fork which isn’t that important but still, thirdly I once ordered some burgers and I found a hair in the burger, but wait a few days later I found ANOTHER hair which is just unacceptable. And lastly, my order has been forgotten many times, a simple order of 2 burgers and a soda and they forget one of my burgers and soda, didn’t call in because it’s just a 4 dollar burger and it’s not worth driving back for. Inside it’s alright I guess, floors are a little dirt y but it’s just a normal McDonald’s inside. I’m never going here again, even the McDonald’s in Walmart is better?

Sense of Soothing

I cannot express how much this location goes above and beyond to help their customers! I myself go out of my way to head to this location as i am located on the back end of Bridlewood. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager who was able to exceed my expectations with a complex order i placed today. Keep up the great work!!!

Cheap out on condiments and fries.Ask for extra mustard and they put next to nothing on the burger.They use the minimum fries in packaging trick by squeezing the package smaller and putting in a hand full of fries.The point of price increases is to make up for the price of the food portions. Feels like we are being ripped off twice. Pay more for less.

If you can only count to 18 you shouldn’t be in charge of filling a 20 piece nuggets. I’m only irritated because they are really expensive now. That is all.

McDonald's Midnapore has a lot of fly on their condiments area, and it's so disgusting to eat because there's a bee buzz flying on your food, and I noticed their manager is not good at handling their people; they always mess up, especially during rush hour. I noticed the one girl manager; she's so intimidating and not so friendly to their customers and employees. POOR MANAGEMENT puts a lot of pressure on the staff. Yet they're the only ones who're not managing it well because she the manager served me incomplete orders. DISGUSTING. There is no passion for work.

Went through the drive thru got a large coffee with my BLT meal! Unbeknownst to me the lid on the coffee wasn't put on properly, hence the whole cup of coffee spilled inside my car, all over the front seat my purse, which I ended up having to throw out because I couldn't get the smell of coffee out of it, yes it went inside my purse, also the cup holders! I was very upset as the girl that passed the coffee through the window didn't even say sorry or offer to help! Yes I went inside to get another coffee, making sure the lid was securely on the cup After I spent about 20 minutes trying to clean up the mess in my car! I now have to shampoo the inside of my car, specifically the front passenger seat and cup holders! PLEASE train your staff to make sure lids are properly secured on the drinks before giving them to the customers!When a customer asks for a crispy chicken burger, it doesn't mean grilled, it means crispy! Can't you people take orders properly? Geez!!!Ordered a BLT meal today, when I got home I discovered there was no tomato on my burger! Hense it wasn't a BLT! This place can't seem to get the orders right even though they have what I ordered right in front of them! smh!What McDonald's doesn't have poutine?? Absolutely ridiculous!!!Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and when I got home it was a crispy chicken wrap with bacon! I didn't want bacon, but I guess they don't understand a simple order once again! ?When will the McDonald's in the Walmart stores start getting the breakfast burritos back and the bagels?Today I dined in but it won't let me keep my last time here. Horrendously filthy! Most of the tables were disgustingly filthy and it wasn't even busy for the amount of staff that were there! Tables weren't cleared off or wiped, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in spots or washed! Do better McDonald's!!Went here today and ordered a Ranch McCrispy meal only to get home and it was a BACON Ranch McCrispy meal! If I wanted bacon I would have ordered BACON, but I didn't. Not the first time my orders have been messed up!! Not impressed ?Store number 5962 needs to make sure they are completing their orders properly! I didn't get a straw for my drink and there no napkins! I told them I didn't want a bag but I got one anyway, this is the second time I got a bag after I told them I didn't want one! It's not like they were super busy, so I don't know why they get it right!

Why does this have to be the McDonald’s closest to my home as it’s the worst in the city. Every time I order they mess something up or forget something, EVERY TIME ! They are also have such a slow drive through that they make everyone park out on the street.

The order taker at the drive thru was completely disrespectful. When we pulled up to the window he didn’t even verify our order and when we tried to pay with a gift card he just rolled his eyes and snatched the gift card out of my hand. He wasn’t paying attention and hit cash by mistake and then he got annoyed by us just because he has to ring the order once again. He approaches us at the second window trying to explain his side but when he so called “apologized” he said “I’m sorry I apologized” and slammed the window in front of our face. This is unacceptable behavior and I will not tolerate this behavior.

Whoever invented this new rule of no bags, napkins, forks or straws is ridiculous I come to the window and in a plastic container where every single other person who went through the drive-through sticks there hand in to grab there food were my fries spilt inside the container. Am I supposed to scoop them out with my hands and grab it they are spilt all over. Everyone’s fingers have just been in there, touching the container it’s not a new one or cleaned so I had to pay $.15 for a tiny little brown bag Crazy

Please share this around, I’m sure it is happening at more than just our local McDonalds.Please keep your eyes on the receipts especially when they ask if you would like to buy a .15¢ bag (now a “mandatory” charge unless you want to bring your own bag to the drive through)Ordered our normal meal for 2 tonight. The drive through clerk asked if I would like to buy a bag. I said “yes, I guess, if that is the new rule”.Saw 2 bags go on the screen and then the screen get cleared very quickly.I asked to see my receipt at the window, and sure enough, there were 2 bags billed.I asked why they would ask me to buy one bag and then bill me for 2. The manager offered me one bag refund.Then they hand me 2 bags, very loosely packed. Our usual order, and it always fits in one bag, usually with an extra McNuggets on top for the kid.Pretty shady McDonalds. Great way to maximize on the new government rule, and make it more profitable for you.Please watch what they charge. Things are too expensive to be paying for unnecessary charges.
