Very poor customer service, I ordered large fries and was given medium fries. It took time for them to replace. They let me wait at the counter not even telling they will come and replace. Staffs are not friendly. I will never come back in that store again and I will Never recommend to friends.

Terrible service! We ordered a kids’ meal, and the food was just carelessly thrown together in a messy pile. This is completely unacceptable! A kids’ meal should be presented properly, not as if it was tossed around. Very disappointing experience!

I was on my way to work and stopped by McDonald’s to get quick lunch, as I was eating my fries in the car waiting for my friend, there was a hair inside my fry. Totally grossed me out because of whoever’s hair that is as I am a germaphobic. Don’t know if it’s once in a lifetime thing and just gotten unlucky or this happens frequently at this location. Safe to say I will never be visiting again due to my traumatic experience

Not happy with the customer service. The food was fine, but the staff's attitude was
disappointing. They need proper training on how to handle customers and maintain basic hospitality. Hope McDonald's improves its service quality.

Terrible every time , order always wrong, make you wait in drive thru for 15 mins with no line. Its insane how poorly run a place could be

The food is ok. There is only one staff member who is friendly and competent, the rest either seem lost or are just unfriendly. It is normal to wait on one side of the line up while multiple vehicles on the other side have their orders taken before you.

Management needs to hire more staff.

I ordered a Big Mac for David, a Buffalo Wrap (Crispy), and a Large Fries for takeout at the kiosk this afternoon. But when I picked up my order, the only correct item was the Large Fries.

Why are there a Cheeseburger and a McSpicy LTO, which I didn’t order?
