Order of food was good, and came out quickly, they even brought it to us! So helpful for me with little ones so that was awesome. I interacted with a few workers, everyone was friendly. Clean tables and everything else as well which can be hard to come by at McDonald’s but wasn’t the case here. Only thing is we got no ketchup and the thing was empty so I had to try to get someone’s attention while they were getting pretty busy and eventually did and got almost tossed a handful lol. But overall one of the better McDonald’s around Calgary for sure.

Recently renovated, clean, service is a little slow but not bad, at keast they listen to order specifics. That said it can be pretty offputting when you are thebonly person in line inside amd youbhave to wait for them to serve 8+ cars before someone realizes your order has been done for 5 minutes and brings it to the front for you. Noticing a common theme with most mcdonalds locations fudging the order times by dismissing the pending orders off the queue monitor LONG before they ever actually serve the order.

Used to have fast service and always get hot food, but after the renovations the service has been incredibly slow, waiting 10+ minutes for a simple order and the food always comes out cold. It’s too bad, because the renovations turned out nice.

Main doors locked at 9pm on a Friday night?? I guess they don't want any business. Every other McDonald's in the city lobbies are open until 11. I watched dozens of people walk up then leave I guess they're allergic to money.

Bad service every day and nothing but attitude and broken English, have to repeat order 2 or 3 times and still get it wrong. Half the time the sandwiches look like a blind person threw it together. Give you a bag when you don't ask for one but no napkins ever!!! Don't give you a bag when you ask for one. AND NEVER EVER A RECIEPT!!!! So you can go online for the service rating. Call to speak to management and no reply no answer. Stay away from here if you want decent service and edible food.

This location still hasn’t fixed a massive pothole in their drive thru, and the winter has caused it to sink even further. If you don’t want to damage your vehicle, steer clear of this McDonalds.

Seriously, you're just handing people food with no package 15c for a paper bag what a joke and the only McDonald's ever to give you just food at a drive-thru with no bag.Fire that money hungry manager now
