This McDonald’s location has really gone downhill. The staff are extremely rude and seem uninterested in doing their jobs. I rarely receive what I actually ordered, and I’ve learned I have to check my food before leaving because 4 out of 5 times, it’s wrong.
I’m not sure why there’s a “custom build” option when the items are NOT made according to the order anyway. Just last week, I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra everything and received one with nothing on it. It’s getting absolutely ridiculous.
The prices have skyrocketed while both the quality of the food and the level of customer service have completely tanked. Tonight my fries are soggy.
Not to mention the homeless man that's there everyday standing at the end of the drive though panhandling

I go to this location often enough as it’s convenient on my way home from late night work but there was a young blonde girl working tonight and when I went to the window she literally confirmed my whole order to me which was not a large order it was just 2 meals. Then after I had paid she handed the bag of food and one drink and tells me to have a good night so she missed one drink and then she starts looking through the trash for the receipt and I was like it was a root beer and she continued going through every receipt till she found mine then gave me the root beer after probably 10 minutes of going through receipts. I thought the was it and everything else was fine could have just been fine with that but then I get home and open up the bag and I am missing one set of fries and my straws but I am too tired and too far to go back by now. On top of all that when I open up my burger the bun is crunchy stale like a giant crouton. I will be taking the long way around and going to the 17th location from now on they have never done me this dirty

Currently sitting in the drive thru of this McDonald’s location, where I have been for over half an hour! That is not an exaggeration. This has happened to me on several occasions when visiting this location at night, and I have had breakfast orders messed up almost every single time I have visited. I do not plan to return to this location.
I ordered breakfast delivery for someone who is going through a difficult time. What was meant to be a small comfort, resulted in an order that arrived completely wrong—chicken nuggets instead of the egg McMuffin, hash browns, and orange juice. They received only nuggets, nothing else.
Mistakes happen, but it was disappointing that on a day when I was really trying to lift someone’s spirits, the surprise fell flat. I hope extra care can be taken with others future orders.
