I was in drive thru and had to wait 27 minutes to get my food.I got late from my work and there was no communication on staff side to let customers know what was going on and when I asked the staff what's the matter, the guy at the window was smiling and just said sorry, and the lady whp gave my food simply said it's not their fault with attitude. Who is at fault then? At least let customers know if your system is having issues so they can decide if they want to wait or leave.Disgusting service.

They need to review their fry procedures. Fries hanging over the deep fry. Not using the entire salt portion. Fries sitting in boxes for longer than their quality time. Soggy fries going out. During a busy time you'd think they'd be fresher, very disappointing. The staff, however, are very nice.

I just picked up a Happy Meal from this location, and it was a disappointment. The fries were completely cold — it honestly felt like they’d been sitting around for at least an hour. My kid took one look at them and refused to eat, which says a lot. When you’re serving food for kids, at least make sure it’s fresh and warm.

Don't eat McDonald's often. But I order the same thing every time, and order an extra patty on my burger. 5 straight times now they've charged me for it but not put it on there. Kinda comical at this point. I'll update to see how long the streak goes!

Ordered $10 worth of food with 3 burritos, and a coffee. Drove away to my destination and only have 2 burritos and no salsa (said they were out of salsa, gave me ketchup instead). Tried to complain in the app and it wont load. They also didn't stick the reciept to the bag, but I have that in my email for reference. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Absolutely terrible slow service. No one in the drive thru, yet the manager fails to keep up with the customers ordering Inside. Waited ten minutes during my work break, and had to leave empty handed due to how slow and careless the employees are.

Worst location ever. Staff has terrible communication issues. It is so hard to get your order right when people don't even know how to communicate. McDonald's has lowered the standards of service and people they hire. Everytime I visit here it is always a terrible visit. Make sure you do your work right at least. Moreover, the staff uses their phone, airpods and make food with out even washing their hands, TERIBBLE. I saw some of them munching on fries straight from where they keep fries, and you guys serve the same food you are touching. You people need to work on yourselves. Disgusting.

I use the McDonalds app at every location I go to, and this one either doesn't work, or they take 15 minutes to bring you your food. On top of that, the person who I presume is the manager is extremely rude and confrontational. I actually feel bad for their employees.

Terrible service in the drive-thru. It's supposed to be fast food, waiting 12 minutes with 1 car in front of me at the speaker box and then another 9 minutes when I get to the window and all I ordered was a coffee and McGriddle. On top of that the car in front of me only ordered a coffee. Unacceptable.
