Mc chicken was served cold and old. Patty hard as a rock! So horrible! That lady knew what she did. All we got in return was some ass coupons for a cone and small fry!

The most stupid and slow MCdonald’s, ordered latte, have been waiting for 15 min, already asked the associate about time, she was like we are making and after 15 min she is telling me that they don’t have, what happend for 15 min, why couldn’t you tell me earlier, I was in hurry and a bit late , and came there because was thinking that it faster and they didn’t return my money, will never come back again

If you come at a busy time expect to wait 30 minutes for your food. We arrived at midnight after a concert and there was roughly 6-7 cars ahead of us. It took about 30 minutes to get our food but at least it was fresh!

For the third time in a row I asked for no pickles I get pickles I asked for ketchup I get nothing.

I ordered a pickup at 11:50 got there at 12:10 as I had to drive and am still waiting twenty minutes later. I watched a skip the dishes guy go in wait ten min and get his order. Like just because it’s the night shift doesn’t mean you can just ignore literally the one customer that’s here. Pissed. Never coming back to this location.

Can't listen to orders, doesn't double check anything
Had my orders wrong or messed up from here multiple times and they won't give you a receipt so you can't go in and see a manager about it

Forget ordering a sugar free vanilla latte before 8am their machine is either “broken” or “in cleaning mode” … luckly Starbucks is right there , I’ve just never seen such a lazy staff it happens every day . The age of customer service is a thing of the past .
