It took 20 min at least to get through the short drive through line. I am still in line as we speak. It’s been over 20 min and now I’m still stuck in line. I wish I would have went to Wendy’s.

How hard is it to bag food? Too many instances of not receiving items through skip, pretty risky to order here expecting all your items. Mid quality, L franchise

Was there for order pickup, they are so rude unprofessional and even the manager was so rude to listen or take complain, that’s unbelievable, never had this kind of service n attitude to customers, they ruined my day

Went back to the Deerfoot Meadows McDonald’s to get the correct burger after they gave me the wrong one, ordered a McDouble like a Mac, but it was just a regular McDouble. What shocked me was they actually took back the original burger I handed them, which is kind of questionable from a food safety perspective.

While waiting for the corrected order, the cowboy hat wearing manager in the drive-thru clearly had an attitude. He loudly yelled, “What else are they waiting for?” like we were a problem just for coming back to fix their mistake. No apology, no acknowledgment, just straight up annoyed energy.

Also, they didn’t mention they’d be charging us for a large cup of water until after the fact. It’s not about the money, it’s the lack of basic courtesy and transparency.

Overall, poor service, bad attitude, and questionable food handling. Won’t be returning.

I won't go here any more, I drive past it to go on to the next McDonald's. Frequently mess up my drive thru order. Only half the time you get straws with your drinks. Most of the times even when busy they don't have the staff to keep all the drive thru windows.

McDonald's cannot make hot french fries and burgers anymore

So I went across the street to five guys

McDonald's doesn't care anymore

No love for kids and French fries anymore

Should be zero stars cause it's a cardboard factory

Should be CLOSED 24hrs forever

Drive through girl is very, very rudely impatient

The service was inefficient, several people leaned against each other to chat, and they didn't replenish the napkins and ketchup. I went to the front desk to ask for napkins and several people ignored me. I called them 5 times before they came over unhappily.

Every single time I go to this location they screw up my order. Besides starting with mc, mcgriddles and mcmuffins doesn't sound the same. Figure it out!

Check your order!
Not sure if they were all having an off day but two out of my 5 item order were wrong (and not just a little wrong)
- Egg and cheese Mc muffin arrived with cheese and bacon (but no egg!)
- Black Americano arrived as drip coffee with cream and sugar.

Luckily I was eating in and noticed the mistakes but had I driven off I would have been even madder!
