I bought a sunshade in walmart on May 10, and I brought my sunshade to this McDonald's and eat in (Number 619) befor I left.Then I forgot my sunshade on the table when I left.I called this McDonald's back after 30 minutes, and they said "We didn't see anything".But there was an employee sitting just behind me to my right, how could they said that ?

False advertisement on happy meal. Bought 2 happy meals for my yr old son. Multiverse mix and match, the girl gave me 2 pink squishy mallows. I said I didn’t choose the under 3 toys the lady said they only have these toys. All happy meal toys are pink squishy mallows. My son is expecting Multiverse toys such as looney toons and DC heroes as shown in the posters and ads on the store. The food looks old as well that was reheated on the microwave

UNREAL. Went in this morning at 11:01, was told they no longer serve breakfast. After talking with a younger lady for a couple minutes she told me that they could in fact make me a couple sausage McMuffins. That’s when Joe (older Philippino lady) came storming from the back yelling “ WE DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST AFTER 11!” I then explained to her that this young lady who was helping me had told me that she could make me some McMuffins. Joe absolutely lost it, yelling at this poor girl “WHO GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE BREAKFAST” and went on a minute long yelling rant. She even went as far as to walking to this young girl and throwing an open hand right into her face gesturing to hit her. I was and still am in total disbelief. She then started yelling at me and at this point I had had enough. I explained to her that that’s NOT how you treat anybody, especially your young female coworkers. I also called her out for almost hitting this young girl to which she replied that she never once did any such thing, which is obviously not true because I had just witnessed it. I told the lady to give her head a shake and that she MUST be kinder to both customers and her coworkers, completely disgusting behaviour. This lady has NO business working with customers in any capacity. You could tell from the way the young girls brushed the screaming off that this is a common occurrence for them. I feel horrible for them. 2 other customers behind me also told me that this lady is a complete wicked witch and is always like this. The owner must take accountability and fix this problem, for both the business and the other employees. DISGUSTING!!!!
