If only I could rate "0",this would be my rating. I passby this morning after my blood test from Sunpark Plaza between 10am to 10:15am. I usually go to Timmies but since I got a voucher with free small fries and a coffee (I got that voucher from Airdrie, Filipino Summer Fest), I wanna make use of it - for sure it's not a big loss for MacDonalds giving those freebies. When I handed it over to the young Filipino cashier, she called the Old woman also a Filipino as she was not sure about it. So the Old woman said it's not valid in the store. I was wondering, so where is it valid as it says MacDonald? She said only in the participating restaurant, I could not even see the lists of the restaurant, to cut short, I just order my food without voucher and sat down. Few minutes later, I heard the voice of that Old woman talking about the voucher and myself in a loud voice in Filipino language, telling to her Co-Workers that I am being "kuripot" (meaning stingy, not willing to spend). I was still planning of seating there for few minutes more... when I heard that I lost my appetite, I went to the counter (was looking for that Old Lady but I cannot see her anymore). I just told to the young cashier to pass on my message, it's not being "stingy", I just want to use that voucher. If I am stingy, I could have just walk away and not buy anything.
Just wanna say something... eventhough you are mad or upset with your customers, don't discuss it where everyone or other customers hear you, you might not know that customer is still seating in your restaurant. That was rude, a disrespectful behaviour that needs to be corrected especially in customer service field.

Waited 15 mins for a coffee and when I reminded they forgot just gave a blank look. Thank god I didn't ordered any meals cause I coukd tell they are kind of slow getting food out.

Slowest service in a drive thru
WORST mcdonald in all walmart store. SUPER SLOW, staff are MEAN, they dont care about customer service. Staff dont put attention to skip couriers and order. WAITING TIME is TOO LONG. Staff look down on skip couriers. Skip couriers is avoiding/declining orders from this store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/STAFF.

The shift manager lady was not nice...pls be remind her,she is a mngr,with out us(customer) she was not on her position...how she talk is rude style...like is mad...and the filipino tall guy too.he don't know how to threat customers in nice way...or maybe he is chose only the customer he wanted to...

Most of the staff are nice except for that one Chinese lady she has no customer service doesn’t know how to be nice the food as well is dirty and disgusting but since this is the closest McDonald’s to me I have to get from there.do better

Food is as expected for a McDonalds in a Walmart but the service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Repeated chances to see if it was just a weird time but it’s consistently slow. Longest wait was 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich.

Always slow and poor service from the counter workers. Hard to communicate which in turn ends up creating order problems, not getting everything or not getting what was requested.Usually it is pretty hectic and unkempt as well.

The place was an absolute disaster, mess everywhere with half the lobby blocked off so there was hardly enough seating for everyone. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and the employee took my food off the heating space for most of the time until I asked them to put it back since I knew they still had to make posts of my order. It was busy, and even with the amount of orders currently ongoing the manager did not begin to help the singular person working the cashier and putting orders together when they clearly needed it.Management needs to do better.

Terrible service based on following:1. Discriminatory behaviour: Based on my observations and experience, this store provides good service only to customer that belong to certain race. We felt extremely discriminated when customers of certain race were provided extremely good service and treated well, while we were provided service with frown.2. Every time we order Happy meal, this store misses to provide milk per order. There are times that I had to go back to ask for milk. There is never an apology offered for this inconvenience.This is the last time I will be visiting this store and I will be sharing this experience in my network.
