McDonald's

I wish that this wasn't the only McDonald's that is easily accessible to me because I absolutely despise ordering here. I wait for 10 minutes on average for orders that have taken less than 30 seconds at most other McDonald's. Two breakfast burritos and a drink should not take so much time that I need to schedule to get something. Especially considering McDonald's is supposed to be one of the fastest fast foods. I'm making a fuss over something that's objectively not important but get it together. Service is horrible.

Came here to get some dinner with my gf. Ordered a mcchicken extra sauce, McDouble just ketchup, no cheese, and a plain quarter pounder, no cheese, combo with coke. Repeated it back to make sure they heard correctly as it was rang in improperly the first time. The McDouble had cheese, the quarter pounder was loaded, received an iced tea instead of a Coke, and I was charged and got a double quarter pounder. The total was supposed to be about $20 because I had the coupon for the $6.50 mcchicken and fries, and the feee McDouble, but it ended up coming out to $30. Not happy at all

Ordered of door dash live less then 5 minutes away and he was fast but this is how the food came disappointment and gross

Bad service. I was there to pick up my online order and I was in the drive through asking for the assistance and lady kept on telling me to wait but the person in next lane who showed up 1 minute after me got there order before me matter fact I ordered online. Lady Asma was on the drive through.

Very unprofessional. Always messes up the order.. waiting is horrendous. Need to change or train the staff properly to listen the customer. Also have the audacity to shut the window on customer!!!

Its night time and there is barely any person and the workers not even listen as i have to pick doordash order its 20 minutes late and now also they not even listen and work as the speed of turtle the service is too slow and disgusting as to wait too long is disrespectful

Your order will sometimes be incorrect but it tastes great and the restaurant is clean

All the food i got was cold plus it was missing items. Talked to someone on phone she said sorry can’t do anything. You can come in we will give you free sandwich. Like i can’t come in that’s y i did delivery. Waste of money.

i asked for 2 med chai frappes with no chocolate and they gave me them with chocolate after waiting 10 minutes and order me the wrong coffee size after i screamed over and over
