McDonald's

They ask you to wait by the parking once you go through the drive thru and then never actually get you your order. You have to go in after a long wait of guessing if they would get it to you. Poor service.

Amazing service by the ladies that took my order let me know in advance the machine is down and only accepting cash and took of my order as well as informed me it will take a couple of minutes since the order was prepared fresh

Especial thanks you guys are amazing while i did not know i cant pay with card in midnight since was my first time and they got me smoothie for free appreciate that kindness 🙌🏾♥️

Service is very very slow and employees are ride and grumpy, specially drive thru.

If Macdonald head office or area manager read this, please work on this location. Most of the time they mess your orders. Long lines. Worst food in calgary

The girl who served me was on the ball. I could see she was concerned about my wait time, but it was normal. Sometimes things just seem longer when there is a customer right there waiting. But you were all good. She gave me some coupons, food was good. Still can't stand the soggy straws but that's no fault of theirs.

I never recommend to visit this loction as the coustmer service is really poor. They always make me feel like why i am there. Whenever i go there the staff talk so rude. So never ever go there specially during night time

Service was very disappointing. Very disappointing experience overall

How is this place still open? What a gross disgusting excuse of a McDonalds. Men's bathroom floor is always flooded. People tracking that smell into the eating area. Women serving me gave my drink to the wrong person. He was very unclean. He return the drink back to her after having his filthy hands all over it and proceeds to give it to me Claiming it was a new drink. I called her out on her behaviour only for her to have a freak out at me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP AND DRIVE TO ANOTHER ANY OTHER McDONALDS.

Not good service. Supposed to be served first because I came first in the drive thru while there is no other car but they took the order of the car who just came after me who went on the other side. So I just left. I'm so disappointed.

Good coffee.

So I am done buying a cold “HOT” chocolate 3$ and it’s literally 500 ml… not impressed… that’s the last thing I could have on the menu so I guess I’m out… won’t even bother with the coffee… better service and quality items across the way!
