Girl at the drive thru location wasn’t in good mood I guess. First we waited for around 10 mins for order. But she wasn’t responding to the first lane. When we noticed 3-4 cars from 2nd lane moved ahead then we pull ahead without ordering. Waste of time

Always served on time, my meal's always hot and I remember getting an upsell for free when it took slightly longer(not saying it happens all the time) but when it does I really appreciate it

Went here late night to get some nuggets. Kareena was the one who took my order. She was very friendly and made sure my food was fresh. Thank you Kareena for the fresh food.

They may have been short staffed, or just running far too lean to save wage costs.

Ten minute long wait for just a coffee. Turned out to be extremely watered down. Threw it out.

Inside of building is nice! Appears to be new, but I am from out of town, so can’t be sure about that.

Franchise owner should be spending more time here clearly.

I am very concerned about the food safety practices I witnessed at your restaurant today. I noticed staff preparing food without wearing gloves or hair covers. This raises serious hygiene and safety concerns, as proper protective equipment is essential to prevent contamination. I hope management addresses this issue immediately to ensure that all staff follow safe food handling standards.

By far, the slowest drive-thru in the history of “fast”food drive-thrus. They have been very consistent.. very consistent in being slow. No matter what the order is and no matter what time of day it is, whether it be 3 full combo meals or a single sundae, they take way too long to finish.

Shoutout to the manager, this lovely india lady who, once she noticed I’ve been standing there for a while asked if I got my order yet and only to find that we both have been bamboozeled by an absolutely bozo. Thanks for not only remaking my order but not only that gifted me two hot nice apple pies for my woes of being robbed of my delicious drink. Anyways I didn’t get her name but I swung by this afternoon at 8:21pm (peep the receipt) so with that, love u lady u were awesome!

Now to the bozo who took my order #1055…I wish everytime you’re just about to fall asleep that you suddenly get the urge to go to the bathroom..I wish that everytime you go to your local costco to shop and just when you’re about to park that your spot gets stolen and takes you an extra 15mins more to find parking..I wish that everytime you’re just about to step out the house and in your driveway you forget something in the house for you to rush back in flip the place upside down only to realize it’s been in the car or your bag..I wish that everytime it rains is the only times you never pack an umbrella…I wish that when you go out for a walk that you trip on an un-even sidewalk and finally I wish that everytime you decide to order, that it always-ALWAYS just has a slight defect on it that ruins the whole meal. And if you’re that bozo who took my order just know if all these weirdly inconvenient things keep happening to you it’s cus’ you’ve been hexed. But for everyone else reading the review, never take someone else’s order cus’ maybe just maybe you’ll be next. Thanks

I went to this location today the was very unprofessional the taking about my body and I completely the manager and she total ignore me all the indian stuff taking about me in there own language feel like they saying something bad about me

Most disgusting bathroom I’ve been in. 9 am and you can tell no one has come to clean for days. Teach your staff to clean, I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. I should probably contact age to inspect items
