Ordered a McChicken and they put a junior chicken patty in it… what kind of rip off is this? There is something very sinister going on in this place. I understand it’s another Crackdonald’s but why do the employees have to act like they’re on the funky as well?

There is quite a lot of houseless people who are drug dependent. The other day I went there and people were smoking drug inside and they were blocking the entrance. I understand that it was very cold out there but it puts people in the restaurant in danger because people could accidentally inhale, what they’re smoking. I told the staff and they didn’t do anything about it. I also understand that there is limited security and there’s not a lot of warm places for them to go, but it just makes me feel really uncomfortable. I hope in the future there can be better system in place for them to smoke their drugs somewhere else.

all the staff at this location are top teir. Management and supervisors are hands on interacting with guests. It's almost always clean and after a rush the staff are quick to clean up any mess! whenever a mistake is mad the staff quickly fix it. Always happy when we visit this location!

While i was waiting for my order this employee was busy in taking calls and talking in his own language and was dismissive to the people waiting for their orders. Is this the new policy of McDonalds to attend calls while working??? Management needs to be more vigilant

This place is not good thanks for the burned breakfast sandwiches clown cant even do simple job
Terrible experience. I waited for my order for almost 10 minutes, and when it was time to get my pie they just offered me a different flavor. I clearly said I wanted the exact one I ordered, and they told me I would have to wait another 13 minutes. Zero respect for the customer. The service is awful. One of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever seen.

Seems to be understaff for the night shift. Waited 10 minutes for a simple mcchicken sandwich no combo for take out. staff seems to be preoccupy with drive thru and courier orders. No one checked or even asked what I was waiting for as I stood up front for 10 mins. No apologies either when the food was handed over, staff member seems annoyed as she handed me the sandwich.Wouldn’t recommend coming inside at night, best to go through drive thru.

Paid $50 dollars for dinner for friends and I. Didn’t receive the right food and couldn’t go back. When we called to reconcile they blocked our phone numbers. I was literally given a food item marked for delivery in my to go bag.
