Giving one star because zero isn’t an option. I just came wanting my McDouble, I see it on the counter sitting there for a solid 10 minutes, and they don’t give it to me. I point it out to the lady and she looks at me as if I’m from a different planet??? Like bro just give me my McDouble. I was about to go grab it myself. Then I come back to get a McChicken, and they don’t know how to stack a fricking burger! Half the sauce is left in the box and I have to reconstruct the burger myself and get sauce everywhere. On top of this the music is so ass. Shoutout to Jeremiah though, he came over asked if I needed anything then took my trash without me asking, great guy. Everything except Jeremiah was disappointing. Don’t come here unless you like being let down.

They messed up my order by only bringing me one of the items I asked for and when confronted nothing was done about this. Staff are disrespectful to customers and seem to care more about their phones than making sure the restaurant had half decent times. Would not recommend coming here if it was the last place within 500km. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!

The food overall is perfect but the place is not that good when anyone random can enter it when i was there it literally my first time to go there and there police outside because ofc its downtown then from no where a homeless came in the store he was trying to order from the screen then he got mad and smacked the screen with knife and he broked it when we went out me and my friends to till the police it was only the police car outside and there was no police

I went in around 10:50 pm and it wasn’t busy, only about 3 or 4 people other than me in when I was ordering. Got my food decently fast which is nice, but now the issue. The bun is stale, hard, literally a brick of bread..
Is it too much work to check if you food is still good? Too hard to just feel the bread and be like “oh this is stale I shouldn’t use it” like come on man do the job properly 😭💔

1. Tried to use self-serve kiosk but it wasn't working properly. 2. Went to counter to order instead, where 3 employees were chatting. I made eye contact with one and she ignored me, until another worker came by a couple of mins later and pointed out that I was waiting to order. 3. When I tried to order a Big Mac, the lady who'd made eye contact with me previously stared at me as if she wasn't sure why I was talking to her. 4. Here comes the kicker. I wanted to use the washroom after my meal, but I couldn't find one, so I asked. Turns out there's a metal roll-up door at the back, near the counter. It was closed but an employee opened it for me with a button on the wall. It opened up to a whole other area of McDonald's with more seating as well as the washrooms. The toilet cubicle had the biggest gap in the door and anyone would've been able to see everything. Not great, but not the main issue. Main issue was when I came out, that roll-up door was shut. I knocked loudly on the door several times to no avail. There was no button on my side of the door either. I paced around for a while and knocked several more times until I realized no one was coming, so I started pounding on the door. That's when I finally heard voices outside exclaiming that someone was inside, and the door started opening. 3 employees stood outside apologizing.
