This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in Calgary, you go inside and it stinks worse than the toilet the staff doesn't care what you need or want they are all doing their own thing they are all gathered and commenting on something they don't even pay attention to you you wait 15 minutes to pick up your order the worst restaurant I've ever seen. In no case would I recommend this institution to people

Waited 30min just to be told my order was not ready because the self-serve machine didn't process the payment. Waited 15 more min just for a 1$ coffee. Some items marked sold out were not updated on the tablet, and they were actually in stock. There are a lot of homeless ppl wandering in and out.

There is no seat anymore. Only takeout. The floor was very dirty and full of pieces of garbage. Not a good atmosphere, even for a take out. Also it looked understaffed. It took almost 10 minutes for our order to get ready.

Whomever chose to make the burger I ordered with the cheese under the sauce and under the patty should probably get assessed. Cold as their heart, not worth what I paid at all. Never ordering from this location again

Full of homeless. Food is good but sometimes the bread are old, very hard to eat. But my main disappointment is people take orders, i paid cash and the same person proceeded to make my chicken muffin without even washing their hands. Touching the food with bare hands. Mcdonalds doesnt take food safety and sanitation seriously. These people should learn!

Normal McDonalds but such a horrible place during night time. Lots of homeless people and drug activity in the
Visit started with having to literally step OVER two people on the floor inside the restaurant just to get to the self order machine where I had to stand off to the side due to a 3rd person sleeping under the machine and empty peanut butter packs all over the floor. Service was fast however my English muffin was ROCK HARD and I could not eat it for fear I would break a tooth it was that hard. I often wonder how this Mcdonalds is still in business

Full of homeless people both inside and outside. Getting 1 burger will take you around 15 mins of wait time regardless time and availability. All 5-stars reviews are paid. It's impossible to have a pleasant experience in here
