This location consistently gets every order wrong. They forgot my Big Mac, and when I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese BLT, I received a regular burger instead. I had to go back twice. Meanwhile, the managers seem more focused on filming TikTok dances on their phones. It would be great if they could pay more attention to getting orders right the first time to avoid these frustrating returns.

Avoid the drive through at this McDonalds if you want breakfast. Ordered an egg sandwich at 10:45 on the app. I was already outside the restaurant and I knew breakfast was ending soon so I thought I would make it easier for them. It took 20 minutes to get to the speaker and once there they told me they stopped serving breakfast as it was 11. But I had put in a mobile order. They had cancelled the egg sandwich and kept the muffin. I said no I ordered it at 10:45, their drive through line took 20 minutes. The manager asked me what I had ordered and I told her and made it clear there was no meat on the sandwich. While I was glad they had compt me the meal which I was still willing to pay for, she hands me the meal with bacon on the sandwich. She tells me she didn’t have time to check. I gave her the sandwich and left. Always a struggle at the drive through of this McDonald’s.

I am not one to put a review for a McDonalds, unsure if it matters, but everytime we order here there’s always a mishap. Every single time- wrong order, long waits, some unhappy looking staff, hot drinks that seem cold, lacking item, bad tasting coffees (compared to other branches). For a new branch like that, it’s unfortunate that they’re just terrible. It’s also unfortunate that it’s the only McD in this area of the NW. Avoid this branch if you can.

The food is average when it comes to McDonalds. However, I strongly don’t recommend the drive through.
The people taking our order are very inconsistent. We want to use our app benefits and they keep giving us grief about it. They keep changing how and when they want us to give them the redemption codes. And now it has gotten to the point where one person had an argument with us about it. Twice. We don’t really care one way or another. But they keep telling us they want our codes in a very specific way when others do it just fine. The problem is they keep telling us different ways they want us to redeem our codes and we don’t know who’s right or wrong. We just want our free hash brown.
Their service and training has been a disappointment. And it shows since you can’t even see reviews on their Google listing. In fact I don’t even know if anyone will see this review. ?♂️

Usually always dirty. Nuggets are oddly undercooked/soggy every time I go here. Fries usually not salted adequately. I order through Uber from time to time and it’s usually very quick though.

By far, the worst McDonald's in the city. Poor service, cashiers on the other end of the mic of the drive-through all sound like they hate their job and life, constantly putting together and giving out wrong orders. Inside the restaurant is a filthy mess and disaster.

I'm honestly impressed at how slowly and poorly the drive thru is run. I sat for 10 minutes while they took every single order in the right line and ignored the left line entirely. When it was finally my turn, she asked for my order and while I was ordering she said "welcome to mcdonalds." Girl. We're past that. What ?!

Unfortunately, this is the worst-run McDonald’s in the city. The wait times are consistently long, the staff seems to lack basic customer service skills, and oddly enough, there are no garbage bins by the drive-thru entrance, which is just inconvenient.
Considering how busy this location always is, it should be managed much better. Hopefully, corporate steps in to address these issues soon.
I wrote this in the drive thru and all I came for was a coffee.

I have never given a review on here before and I always try to be kind to fast food worker coz I know they're humans too but I'm done at this point....they almost never add a straw when they give u a drink, they never give u ketchup and they get ur order wrong. Today I got a big Mac meal with a coke and they added water to my coke. It doesn't taste like coke at all. Just water !!!!! And they did not give me straw again.
This is rude and bad customer service. They do not care at all about customers. I see that ur store has 2 stars on here and u don't even care to address the issues that customers are having.
Thanks a lot...never buying from mcdonald's again.

I swear they take so long just for a fricken simple order, their have bad hearing, they get the wrong order, they take so long and they do the stupidest collabs and when people wanna get them, they always run out. Especially the croc key chains
