I have visited this location many times over the past few years, and it is unfortunately quite common for items to be missing from orders. In the past, when I called to report the issue, the staff would typically ask me to return to the store to collect the missing items.
Most recently, some items were missing from my order again, but I did not notice until I arrived home. I left multiple voice messages over the past week, but I have not received any response. This lack of follow-up is very disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service.
I would recommend double-checking your order before leaving the store to avoid the inconvenience of having to return.

Horrible drive through experience. Didn't get a straw for my drink and they didn't give me napkins. The gravy for the poutine tasted weird and my wrap was cold. Will not be coming back.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Shawarma place across the parking lot....unless you enjoy waiting 20 mins for substandard slop.

I was in the store and bought a cup of coffee. They made it in a minute, but even if they didn't have an order, they didn't pay attention to the already made coffee. I looked at the cup of coffee that belonged to me for 5 minutes, and only after I asked them did I get my coffee! It's terrible.
Give me the wrong order again! I ordered 20 pieces chicken nuggets, habanero chicken and filet o fish. I got 20 pieces nuggets and Mac chicken. I don’t really have time to check my order one by one. Maybe next time I should ignore the line up and check everything I ordered.

This is truly the worst, lowest rated mcdonald's in Calgary. Ordered a take out, sat for FIFTEEN MINUTES 6 feet from the takeout desk, when I finally asked where ia my order they lied that they called it multiple times even though apparently it's been sitting there this whole time.

This location consistently gets every order wrong. They forgot my Big Mac, and when I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese BLT, I received a regular burger instead. I had to go back twice. Meanwhile, the managers seem more focused on filming TikTok dances on their phones. It would be great if they could pay more attention to getting orders right the first time to avoid these frustrating returns.
