Terrible managment clearly. Inefficient. Clearly needs better management. Drive through always slow. Service is very mediocre and the food is very hit and miss. And 90% of the time somthing is wrong with your order

Hey, Tommy here! I just wanted to let my fellow Mcdonald’s enthusiasts know how my experience was here. Sadly I was not able to spend a lot of time, since I went to the drive-thru.
At the first window, I was able to meet a young gentleman named Ekam. Sweet and charming kid he is, reflects overall how fast food employees should be. I ordered for me and my hun where we spent around 30$. I moved up to the second window and I was given my food right away hot and ready.
I really enjoyed this McDonald’s, gives a sense of hope within the other ones around the city. Only things I’d hope for during my next visit is a happier mood within employees. For example, the young gentlemen Ekam could work on showing those pearly whites, even though he did incredible. This is for all the employees. Besides that, I loved it. Tommy out!

Came this morning always have the egg Muffin combo and pay @7.05 Even after breakfast I pay the same price Today was charged $7.25 When I receive my order there was no egg in the sandwich. The manager a philipono woman not professional at all just argued the entire time. No wonder they have 1.9 Star reviews

I have visited this location many times over the past few years, and it is unfortunately quite common for items to be missing from orders. In the past, when I called to report the issue, the staff would typically ask me to return to the store to collect the missing items.
Most recently, some items were missing from my order again, but I did not notice until I arrived home. I left multiple voice messages over the past week, but I have not received any response. This lack of follow-up is very disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service.
I would recommend double-checking your order before leaving the store to avoid the inconvenience of having to return.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Shawarma place across the parking lot....unless you enjoy waiting 20 mins for substandard slop.

I was in the store and bought a cup of coffee. They made it in a minute, but even if they didn't have an order, they didn't pay attention to the already made coffee. I looked at the cup of coffee that belonged to me for 5 minutes, and only after I asked them did I get my coffee! It's terrible.
