Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order ahead of time using the mobile app, expecting a quick pickup—but the drive-through still took over 15 minutes. If I wanted to wait that long, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering ahead.
Most of the staff we interacted with were rude and dismissive when we asked for updates. However, I do want to acknowledge that one staff member—the person who eventually brought us our order—was polite, gave us updates, and apologized for the delay. He explained they were having issues with the smoothie machine, which I appreciated.
Still, the overall experience was frustrating. Poor communication, long wait times, and mostly unprofessional service. Definitely needs improvement.

Came in around 5:45 pm, food was ready quickly. Went to the drink station and was shocked by how filthy it was. The counter was smeared with ketchup, straw wrappers were all over the place, there were no medium lids and the floor was caked with dirty footprints. I went to the counter and let the woman know the drink station needed re-stocking and a cleanup. She said someone would take care of it right away. I left 45 minutes later and nothing had been done and it looked even worse, of course. I know it can get crazy busy sometimes but it was surprisingly quiet. 100% would not recommend.

The last 3 TIMES I’ve come to this location they have messed up my order. And then ask me for a receipt when they don’t give me one! Just to argue with you. Definitely won’t be coming to this location anymore.

I'm not sure how fancy anyone can feel while inside a McDonald's restaurant? But this establishment is clean and staff are welcoming, which is nice. I work nearby, so come regularly for coffee or a burger. The new deluxe cheeseburger is actually decent for a lower cost menu item.

I got off from my work and were very hungry, decided to come on drive thru, i had to wait for my order long time, ordered big mac combo, fries were scattered everywhere in a bag, didn’t get a straw for my drink, ordered mac wrap with sweet chilli and it was COLD not even crispy,tomatoes were spoiled in it and it had weird taste

I ordered my normal order.However, this time I left after waiting for 14 Minutes!! I was waiting for a muffin and a coffee, ordered through the app. If you cannot get a Muffin and Coffee ready in 14 minutes then there is something seriously wrong. So I left , no coffee and muffin, I paid but no order! Everybody can have a bad day, however, this was extreme. Sorry, no more for me. Very disappointed!!!

I ended up getting an everything bagel with cream cheese from here and when I opened it there was barely 1/4 of the bagel covered, get your employees in check cause this is unacceptable how they can't even put on the right amount

Got my 1st order wrong at the drive thru. Manager comped me a replacement but didn’t actually leave my name with anyone. When I went back, they got it wrong a 2nd time, in the same night.
Food I ate was exceptionally greasy, lacking in condiments, poorly put together, and undercooked.

The over night manager here Gagan is very professional and always has a smile on while serving food always gets my order right. Late night drinks headed home need a cheeseburger hit this location as you will get the best sandwich.
