Late Night at District McDonald’s has officially become my go-to spot, and it’s all thanks to the incredible manager on duty, Gagan. Every time I come in, no matter how busy or chaotic the late-night rush gets, Gagan handles everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers.
You can tell she takes pride in her work — the service is fast, the orders are accurate, and the whole atmosphere just feels better when she’s running the shift. She treats everyone with respect, keeps the team moving smoothly, and still manages to greet customers with a smile.
If every location had a manager like Gagan, McDonald’s would be unbeatable. Big shoutout to her for making late-night runs actually enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

i ordered a meal at this mcdonalds today and they forgot my medium fries . so i went to the counter to complain but i think it was the manager who came oht and slrted out my problem. She even gave me large fries as a compensate for my missing medium fries! rlly appreciate that manager giving me large fries instead 😁👍

It is a great McDonald's, but every once and a while they re-fry the fries and they turn brown/hard. Had to dock a point there as that is unacceptable. Make sure to go in and get them replaced so they learn not to do this.

Amazing service. The manager was super nice, she made sure I got my order right away! Ordered at 8:30 and got it at 8:30. Normally don't drop by this mcdonalds but I think I will more often now lol

Sent me to the second window and waiting for 10 mins. They opened the door and said I didn’t have a certain smoothie I ordered and asked what other flavor I wanted instead. Another 5 mins go by and the lady comes back and says “our smoothie machine is actually broken, you need to choose 2 new drinks” so I just ask for juice because it was the morning. The lady hands me 4 juices and then says “have a good day” I respond with “actually no I haven’t even gotten my food yet, I’m kinda mad about that.” Un believable that they messed up every level of the food hand off.
In the future would love if someone would of told me 2 mins into waiting not 15
I got a crispy chicken wrap with old chicken that tasted like ashes... I'll be coming back for a refund when I'm able to. Spent 40$ for a meal and half of it was disgusting.

Went to get a quick snack at this mcdonalds but I found hair in my food. Came to this mcdonalds @ abt 5:10pm yesterday from a long day and I get hair in my food?? Thats disgusting, and my money wasted.. the people at the front didnt have HAIR NETS, please people, dont want hair in your customer's food? HAIR NETS 😐

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no pickle and no onion, fries and small orange fruitopia for my kid via drive-through, received 2 tinny fish burger without fries. He gave the drinks on the side, no straw and when I asked if there were fries, he quickly dismissed us with yeah yeah there's fries in there. Should've checked before we leave, my kid won't eat fish and had to cook something at home for her(which takes time obviously!)call in to get a refund,she said not over the phone. She can replace with another meal anytime I want it which was nice but driving back all the way? Are you kidding me? I can understand they make such mistake, no indication of which order was which, no ref number on the bag, no note whatsoever that we requested on the meal, no wonder everything mixed up and disaster. They need a better system and more pleasant wait staff like they advertise!
