It's worth the 5 minutes.Just look at the photo of the quarter pounder. ??When I called and told the manager, she said sorry and to come get back for another one. Needless to say, I threw out the food and never went back!

I'm not sure when customer satisfaction went out the window, but we have had constant issues with this location. Missing or wrong items, it doesn't matter if delivered or picked up.The manager's solution is "sorry" and "come back and we will give you what's missing." Sure, my family can eat without me while I have to go back to get something I already paid for, and I should have received in the original order. Sorry, it is good the first time, but when it happens more often than not, it feels like they don't care about customers at all. Maybe a new manager is required to fix the real problem. How many people handle an order and not one can ensure the order is correct.

landed from mexico with my bf and came here at mcd! ughh! hands down to the fresh , juicy food but the customer service by the overnight managarr GAGANDEEP!Way more better customer service as to five star rest. The way she helped us with the menu as we were out of canada! THANKS y’all for your great
