The Forest Lawn retail/fast food landscape is a challenging environment in which to work at the best of times. Working the night shift at one of only four businesses open all night in 'da hood' must at times be a complete nightmare. The weekday overnight front of house staffer working drive-thru is wonderful. This lovely Kababayan always discharges her duties pleasantly and competently. Kudos to you my dear!

Usually pretty good service (during the daytime) with an error rate of about 10% for coffees. Often must wait on homeless people and druggies who can take several minutes making up their minds, changing their orders, counting out change, etc.

So I order a regular sized McFlurry. I don't know if what I am about to say, is just poor standards or laziness, but I had this happen a few times now. The cup is being just half full or barely half full. I looked at another order being made, the cups look more full than the one I got. It is like I got the amount of a snack sized, but in a reg sided cup. If we are going to have to pay 4-5 bucks for a Mcflurry, at least fill the damn cup up. I am a regular to this Donald's. I don't like being ripped off. Thank you.

Fries were rock hard, my order was way more than I though & when I asked if they got everything right & telling them what I wanted 5 times they still gave me the wrong items, refused a refund on the items I didn’t want!! Proceeded to tell me they have the order right & to just take it & that they can’t change it. I also like to order my French vanilla ice coffee all the time to get me going before work, they never put the French vanilla in it just the sugar free vanilla syrup they have or milk sometimes!! When it’s not shaken properly I asked them to shake it again & she freaked out saying “it doesnt matter” then storming away, the other lady did shake it properly for me & i said thank you & she said sorry she was nice but just multiple experiences overall with the staff & horrible food or really old food, wrong order items. You need new management and stuff, i understand there is a lot of homeless people that hangout around this McDonald’s, & a lot of people who harass them & such, but why take it out on another customer? WHATS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE?! I walk into work no matter what with a smile & all my other issues away, and if I have a bad customer that bad customer doesn’t reflect the rest of my customers!!!

The milkshake machine is often not working. When you pay for a slice of tomato you only get the end slice not even a full one (see photo). Garbage.
