Usually pretty good service (during the daytime) with an error rate of about 10% for coffees. Often must wait on homeless people and druggies who can take several minutes making up their minds, changing their orders, counting out change, etc.
The front of the store outside was littered with garbage and a variety of vulnerable folks. I do think it would have deterred quite a few people from setting foot inside.
I ordered from the self order station. The overwhelming stench of urine from the corner was overwhelming. I ordered 2 Quarter Pounders with cheese. I customised them both. One was made right, the other wrong.
Although fresh, since they were customised, they were not the best....
