Came in for a quick treat with my little girl after school. Ordered Mcflurries - super yummy. A little runny but is still ok. Ordered via the app and had it delivered to our table. Great daddy daughter time :)

Went to get breakfast as one of few only things open, made an order through mobile app and had the amount removed from my bank account. The lady who took my order rudely stated that the payment failed and stuck the card reader to me. I showed her the money had left my account and likely just glitched in their system which ive had happen before at other locations. She tried to convince me I would be refunded in my account and if not, I could come back during the day to try and get it resolved.. had to argue with her for 5 minutes before she got supervisor/manager who handled it basically instantly and got me to wait up front. Original lady who i was dealing with brings me my food and couldn't even offer an apology or anything

Everytime I come here later in the evening I’m greeted by the most rude, lazy, and dismissive staff. Needs to change, Sheldon shumar offers a “respect in the work place” and “hospitality” courses that I really think all the staff here should take. I’m taken back every time and my night is ruined

The staff here, especially at night, do not make your orders right. Never put the toys in the Happy Meals. And also always answer the phone to just hang up so you cannot even get a hold of anyone there.
The place is filthy. Tables and chairs are dirty. Trash everywhere.

I pop in here every now and then as it's on the way home from work. However, I avoid this store during lunch and afterschool times as it is very packed.
On the other hand, I am confident the food is fresh once the afterschool period passes. Because of the traffic, this store has pretty cosistently fresh food.
I avoid drive thru so I do not have experience, but pick up in store is efficient and fast.
Come, just not during school lunch and 30 minutes after school has ended.

I love McDonald's but to be very honest the service could use some sprucing up. They R a bit slow considering its FAST FOOD. They seem very disorganized, too many cooks in the kitchen.?? Other than that there is really no where to sit to eat in as there are only 4 tables which are usually occupied. most days is so crowded you are bumping into people. They should have kept the side of the last McDonald's they had.
