The last few times I have visited here it seems the main emphasis is on the drive thru. It dies take longer in store than with the drive thru. The food is standard McDonald's and the store has been renovated but at times looks unkempt.

Only order an ice cream ? was served a very lopsided melt ice cream cone. In my opinion, it should have been thrown out. Have bits of ice in it as well.

Even with the renovations this place is run like garbage. Management team does not care to keep things clean, bathrooms are a mess and missing toilet paper!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to. They never get your order right they literally just slap stuff together the staff is so disrespectful and never fix your order if I could give a no star I would!! Get it together already. Ever since the Reno they have gone so far down hill never again will I go to this location!!

April 10 2023 - This is the 2nd time I paid extra for more and didnt receive it at this location. Missing all 3 beef patties
Update July 21 2023 - decided to give this location another try and was once again disappointed. Mcnuggets were cold and tasted old and crusty. Donuts were cold too.
Update Sept 2024 - Food was not fresh at all. Fries were stale. No ketchup included. McChicken was borderline cold.
Update Oct 2024 - Asked for no onions. They cashier punched it in but the cook couldn't read?

This McDonalds parks the majority of their customers. Sitting here again with 6 vehicles and being asked what my order even was is so frustrating. I wish corporate would do something about this location, but I guess this is my sign to stop eating junk food. I come here for fast food. The Tim Hortons and A&W way of letting me sit at the window is much more preferable. At this rate, there should be a coupon for the inconvenience and terrible parking lot as well. No apologies either.
Nice location on the inside, my car was almost hit by another customer who accelerated across the parking lot to try and hit/scare a homeless man who was lurking around cars.
If you're walking in, prepare to wait and actually be passed over while they prioritize the drive thru. I ordered a tea with honey and cream. They put the honey packets in the bag and did not tell me, so I figured my tea was completely wrong. Then I got to my destination 40 minutes later and made the discovery when I opened the bag.

McDonalds may not be 5 star dining, but it's consistent. In most cases, consistently good. I had to try the new "Arch" burger. It's big and tasty, even though it's a little messy. (A tad to much sauce). If you care about your cars upholstery, eat it somewhere else.
