We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service on a Monday night. Great food recommendations and the food came out beautifully and tasted great! Looking forward to going back to try other menu items. We really enjoyed the Nashville hot chicken Poutine, the wings were cooked perfectly. Our kids loved the chocolate milkshakes.

This was a dinner we were looking forward too. Trying Meltwich for the first time. We chose Aspen location because we live near by. The place was empty and there was a very unhelpful and sarcastic young man with large dark rimmed glasses and a cap… looking at us like we were an inconvenience to him… we ordered 1 classic poutine with extra gravy and cheese curds on the side, 1 spicey Nashville chicken burger combo, 7 pc chicken strips ( the only good thing), two small banana shakes, 1 beer while we waited…1 classic grilled cheese, which is missing from the picture below, since my husband was too hungry to wait till we got home to eat it… no it was the thickness of one normal piece of sore bought bread…Really!!!??? This was the first red flag of how the rest of it would be. ALL in with tip we paid $88! We tried to order some other sides for my husband, the man said he could not do it, as he had cashed out the order /bill, and told us that we didn't have to pay for the additional sides he would just throw them in, no charge… but he never made or put them in the bag and never said a word as we left, Why bother to tell someone that they can’t order more food, tell them its on the house, then not bother giving it after you offer it??? What a JERK! At the same time it would have been over $100 !!!! If we had added it to the order😳😳😳 WHAT A SAD AMOUNT OF FOOD and of very low quality slapped together burnt and very little cheese or bread for that matter ! We were expecting it to be WAY better then Macds at the very least…. NOPE as one other guy said on his review here… there was less meat then there is on a Macds cheese burger !!!and 5x the price!!! It is a total RIP OFF, WASTE of TIME, and MONEY! It made me want to cry how little crap quality food we got… with same as Wendy’s small fry on the combo and a tiny pathetic little box of poutine! Hardly any cheese at all especially not the extra we paid for! WE WILL never go to these restaurants again. You should really look at your business model and decide is it really worth the poor word of mouth and reviews or what might happen if you had REAL food putting in some attention , volume , quality!! at least give their customers moneys worth on something so cheap to begin with!!! Fries are not expensive bread is not expensive … no value for worth at all… Your NOT even close to a 4* restaurant, as your buddies reviews say… I can’t believe you’re survived this long in the Aspen area of all places! I suspect your doors will close as I hear others are starting to around the city, not a surprise, what a shame…

Uninformed management. Second customer in line for the promotional Instagram deal and was first declined before manager had to be contacted to approve. Unnecessary confusion and hassle for the staff member who was helping me. What's up with all the uncensored gangster rap? Thought this is a family friendly establishment.

I absolutely loved my visit to Meltwich! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the sandwiches and fries, which were crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner.
